M&L opening the body cover of fan any type and make and cutting the existing worn out winding with out damaging the stator removing the coil insulation and putting new insulation of polyster paper, winding with super enameled copper wire of suitable gauge with correct number of turns of auxillary and main winding and varnishing and backing complete including the soldering new lead of copper wire testing complete including transportation to work shop and back all as directed for Ceiling fans 1200/1400 mm sweep Note : a) Contractor have to make the arrangement for testing of Rewinded fan upto 24hrs at Complaint cell of AGE E/M-II (C) Kirkee and in case of failure to above said testing a penalty of Rs 200/- per fan is deducted from contractors due and rewinding of same once again is bonded. b) Fan should be return to MES yard after rewinding within 10 day from the date of issue otherwise a penalty of RS 10/- per day per fan is deducted from contractor due.

M&L for earthing complete with 17.2 mm Copper bonded Earthing rod including Short circuit testing of minimum 40 KA at CPRI/NABL, 3 mtr long and having copper bonding thickness will be minimum 250 microns and copper bonded terminal size 130x50x5 mm terminal to connect earthing strip with 14 mm holes for nut bolts, buried directly and vertically in ground with top edge at 30 cm below ground level after making bore hole of 100 mm dia and 3.5 mtr deep using suitable mechanical drilling machine (for drilling near the specified bldg) connected with galvanized steel earthing lead of 32x6 mm strip with minimum two Nos of GI nut bolts and connected to test point from earthing pit. Area between pipe and copper rod filled with Dry type chemical powder.The electrode pipes should be filled with 2x 25 kg bags of carbide based BFC earthing compound of product code BFC25SILVR. The resistance of the compound should be less than 0.1 Oms . The compound should be highly conductive, hygroscopic, non magnetic, non corrosive in nature and have best moisture retaining qualities with ph value between 7-9. Connected to the earthing test point, Special high grade polymer compound Round earth pit with pit cover, including necessary returning filling & removal of extra soil , to achieved earth resistance value less than 1 Oms including testing complete all as specified Make U-Protect or equivalent NOTE: IF the desired result not obtained after testing the contractor should do re-eathing without any extra cost.
