M&L for online dehydration, filtration and cleaning of transformer oil, isolation transformer/ Servo voltage stabilizer etc at different locations by suitable dehydration plant testing of oil sample before and after dehydration for each transformer/equipment and results of transformer insulation oil minimum upto 11 KV with 2.5mm gap, recorded jointly by contractor and Engineer-in-Charge complete including all necessary tools, plants, transportation etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Oil for topping up/fresh fill shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item. (ii) Certificate for oil testing result before and after filtration shall be submitted to Engr-in-Charge.
