Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 M deep and 1.5 M width and getting out in hard or dense soil for laying of pipe line all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling incl spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming layers not exc 25 M for cable laying all as specified and as directed.

Removing/excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 M and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 M above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Marterial, labour and laying Ductile iron pipe of 150 mm dia (6") bore double flanged type (both end flanged) centrifugally cast (spun) including suitable specials class A, K-9, in any length, laid in trenches/ floor/in side of IN Jetty or on supporting pillars as per IS-8239/2000 and with inside cement mortor lining and outside complete all as specified and directed. ( Note :- The cost includes the suitable size of stainless steel bolts, nuts, washer (not less than 16 mm dia) and rubber packing complete all as specified and directed.)

Supply and fixing pipe galvanized, “heavy class”, including fittings 80 mm dia both ends flanged, with one end bend to 90 degrees suitable for long single fire hydrant valves all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing pipe galvanized, “heavy class”, including fittings 150 mm dia both ends flanged, with one end bend to 90 degrees suitable for long single fire hydrant valves all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing hydrant valve for fire fighting, single headed, ISI marked, conforming to IS:5290 (latest revision), 63 mm nominal bore, oblique pattern type, fitted with standard instantaneous male hose coupling adapter conforming to relevant IS specifications, complete with blank cap and chain, spindle, hand wheel, gland packing and all internal components, including all necessary nuts, bolts, washers, jointing materials, supports and fixing accessories required for proper installation and commissioning, complete in all respects, tested for satisfactory performance, all as specified and as directed

S & F of DI fittings i.e. Bends ( any type, radius and angle), tapers any type, (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc.) Tee pieces single branch. "Y" junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps and plugs upto 150 mm pipe line all as speciifed and directed. ( Note :- The cost included the suitable size of stainless steel bolts, nuts, washer not (less than 16 mm dia) and rubber packing complete all as specified and directed.
