Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed.

All as per sl. item No.01 above but in hard/dense soil.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc. 1.5 in depth and getting out in hard rock cutting by chiselling/road cutting/RCC/PCC all as specified and directed.

Supply and providing stone crushed sand for sand cushioning for cable protection or filling in trenches of sand in cable ducts after cleaning of ducts all as specified and directed. Note:. for the purpose of payment only punned thickness will be measured.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering ,well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in soil all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated material not exc. 50m away from starting point and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point in soft /loose soil all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated material from the site of work and transporting out of MoD land all as specified and directed.

Supply and providing unreinforced pre cast cement concrete cable cover for cable protection (Ready made covers) Class LV type I, flat size 250x150x40 mm putting adjecent to each other including taking out old cable covers all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying tubes light grade, galvanized 100 mm bore laid in trenches or under floor or fixed with poles/walls for protection of electric cable including taking down old pipe all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying tubes light grade, galvanized 80 mm bore laid in trenches or under floor or fixed with poles/walls for protection of electric cable including taking down old pipe all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying tubes light grade, galvanized, 50 mm bore laid in trenches or under floor or fixed with poles/walls for protection of electric cable all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying, commissioning & testing LT underground cables, 16 Sqmm X 4 Core, 1100 Volts grade, XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed heavy duty, armoured with multi-stranded Copper conductor all as per IS 7098 (Part -1) laid in trenches, ducts, drawn through pipes or fixed on wall, as and when required on ground for power supply of Lift all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairs/ Overhauling/Servicing to Existing LT electric feeder panels outdoor type by taking shut down from appropiate authority including following activities (i) Tightning the loose connections and cleaning inside/out side complete replacing all cable glands, thimbles and lugs as per the size of existing cable, applying petrolium jelly on the contactors, providing new insulation tape to bus bars, repair to broken /hanging doors by fixing hinges or welding the door to make it servicable, spray painting (silver colour) / powder coating and testing the entire panel board after the completion of servicing up to the satisfication of Engr-in-charge all as specified and directed . Note : (i) Cleaning inside the panel and all incoming and out going feeders i.e including MCCB/SFU/Changeover switches/Contactors/ ACB,s thoroughly with help of Vaccum Cleaner. (ii) Checking the loose connections of incoming and out going feeders and rectifify the same with help of new GI nut bolts and washers. (iii) Replacing the burnt out colour coated PVC Sleeves of main and fedders bus with appropriate size of New PVC heat shrinkable sleeves -01 Job. (iv) Replacing burnt out control wiring of Ammeter/Voltmeter/Indicating lamps and CT' switch 2.5/1.5Sqmm copper single core, 1100V grade copper conductor cable- 01 Job. (v) Replacing Burnt out Insulators of incomming and out going feeders with appropriete size new Insulators -01 Job

M&L for spray painting to indoor/outdoor type, Feeder Panel installed at different locations of GE (west) Colaba area after scraping throughly the existing corroded paint/rust, filing of cavities and applying two coats of heat resistant paint of approved quality of required colour and writing/marking the In/ Out cables and MCCBs etc. all as per specified and directed by Engr - in - Charge.

M&L for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 60 cm X 60 cm X 6 mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 mtr below normal ground level & connected to GI earth lead strip 25 x 4 mm dia by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts, washers made out of GI/steel, all as shown on electrical plate No 3 of MES Sschedule part-I, earth lead strip connected to indicated position including concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6, type C1), Precast RCC cover slab 55 cm x 55 cm x 5 cm thick with reinforcement 8 mm dia bar 100 mm c/c bothways including one handle made of 12 mm dia MS bar embedded in precast slab and 20 mm bore galvanised iron pipe"medium grade" for watering with GI funnel and wire mess including charcoal and salt in alternate layers of 15 cm including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil all as specified and as directed testing on completion.

S&F in repairs earth continuty conductor fixed to wall/surface or recess or burried in ground or any other situation for loop earthing by aluminium 25 X 4 mm, GI strip all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
