Taking down chowkats or frames exc 1.5 sqm but n.exc 4sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame), complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames (without taking off shutters from the frame) n. exc 1.5 Sqm incl cutting holes and making good reqd shape for hold fast block for new frame complete all as specified.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1sqm but not exc 2.00 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Resecuring or easing & adjusting without taking down the shutter of any description exc 1 Sam and n.exc 2 Sqm in same opening complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 45 x 70 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). ® Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extrapayment on this account shall be made.

S & F Pressed steel frames for doors of size 105mmx60mm with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc., complete, as specified, supplied and fixed staple (bolt type) and fixing bolt with rolled or drawn brass bolts and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.
