Repair/maint and overhauling of L.T.Panel 3 phase AC 415V, 50 Hz A of any make including Taking out old /UNSV MCCBs & MCBs /incoming and outgoing laminated copper busbar , DMC/epoxy insulators of any size ,Volt meter, Amp meter, phase indicator LED lamp,Change over switch of any capacity ,current coil ,potential coil and keeping aside for safe custody for re-use, opening the L.T. Panel, removing gasket, dismantling and taking out old parts carefully, disconnecting all conections, & re-assembling all serviceable parts to original position including cleaning , removing sludge, dirt, dust, cleaning of partswith replacement of unsv nuts, bolts, thimbles, gasket etc as per site requirement including denting if requirement complete testing all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of LT Panel Outdoor type, platform mounted, suitable for 415 Volts 3 Phase and neutral, 4 wire, 50Hz AC supply system. Shall be dust and vermin proof, protection class (IP-54) and made of 3.15 mm thick CRCA SHEET & suitable frame work/ support made out of MS section of size 50 x 50 x 6 mm, front opening type with space for cable entry from back side of the panel, with proper ferrule & cable gland, internal wiring with PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable of adequate size but not less than 1.5 sqmm complete and PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 foundation of size including connections of all out going/in coming existing cables of any size by drawing /digging out cable inclusive of necessary excavation and earth work as required and relaying the cables with retrieved bricks and providing new sand cushioning and crimping suitable size of copper lugs for terminal connections of cables, necessary brick foundation with plastering to the Panel board and taking out of old skelton type panel with control switches complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. including the following items incorporated same panel and removed old unserviceable panel.The scope of work also comprising of the following:- BUS BAR CHAMBER :- (a) 600 Amp insulated copper strip of length not less than 60 cm and suitable size of strip for 03 phase and neutral, with color coded heat shrinkable sleave and shall be mounted on non hygroscopic, non combustible, track resistant, high strength DMC material, interconnection of all incomings & outgoings.INSTRUMENT CHAMBER :- (i) Digital Volt Meter, 96X96mm, flush type rated 0-500V, with Volt meter push button type- 01 Set. Supply and fixing and passing through pipes/poles cable 1.5 Sqmm 2 core cable, PVC insulated and PVC round sheathed, copper conductor (flexible) industrial cable, 1100 volt, confirming to IS :694 including replacement of old unsv cable.

Supply and fixing of Automatic Transfer Switch as per Conforms to IEC:60947-1 and IEC:60947-6-1 four pole ,AC -03 Phase,50 Hz, 415 Volts of capacity 200 amps automatic /manual with inbuilt time delay alongwith suitable contactor, support terminates should be enclosed in wall mountable enclosure made out of rust proof, electric shock proof, termite proof and FR grade special moulding compound confirming to IP-54 all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
