Supply, installation, commisioning and testing of Transformer floor mounted capacity 160 KVA ,step down, outdoor type11/0.433 KV,50Hz, AC double wound core type copper wound ,oil immersed ,air naturally cooled with external cooling tubes, transformer delta connection on HV side and star connection on LV side in accordance with vector symbol DyN-11 and having tapping of + 7.5% in equal step of 2.5 % changed by means of off load tap changing arrangement. The voltage regulation shall be as per IS including first fill of transformer oil as per IS-335 and including all fittings /accessories as specified in SSR Part -I and IS -1180 -2014 with amendment 1,2 & 3 and as per Gazette Notification no CG-DL-E-08042021-226437 dated 08.4.2021 (Amendment No 4 dated Mar 2021 to IS: 1180 -2014) will be compulsory effective after 30.3.2022. The transformer should have cable box on LT side and brass bushing on HT side . The limit of temp rise after continuous full load run as specified in SSR part-I and IS -2026 shall be suitably adjusted to suit the maximum ambient temp prevailing at site all as specified comprising with and including the following specifications:- (Note : Srl item No. 1.00 is hereby continued as Srl item No. 1.01 to 1.05)
i) 01 No Cable box on LT side consisting of 04 Nos porcelain bushing with bushing brass rods and nuts washers and cable glands of suitable for reception of cable LT 1100 Volt grade XLPE insulated heavy duty including gland joint complete. ii) HV bushing with arching horn on 11 KV side. iii) Oil Conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level guage.
iv) Dehydrating Breather with first filling of Dehydrating Agent v) Explosion Vent. vi) THERMOMETER Pocket vii) Two Earthing Terminal on tank body to facilitate fixing of 32x6mm GI strips. viii) One No Thermometer Dail Type vapour pressure type having range 0-120 degree centigrade with maximum temprature indicator and re-setting device to maximum temprature including needle of temperature gauge : Max reading painted terminal. ix) Rating plate with terminal marking plate. x) Oil level guage. xi) Oil drain filter valve. xii) Oil filling port on top cover with plug. xiii) Air release valve/plug. xiv) 4 Nos plain solid cast steel detachable rollers. xv) Blank xvi) First fill of tranformer oil conforming to relevent IS and tested upto 60 KV dielectric strength.

(xxvii) Winding temp indicator of approved range ,including shutt of valve between conservator and main tank. (xxviii) Drain valve with threaded adaptor. (xxix) Filter valve with threaded adaptor. Note : (i) The oil temperature and winding temperature gauges shall be housed on a MS box shall be 0.6Mx0.6Mx0.3M with hinged door and having glass 3 mm thick front side of the box and provision for entry of cables and compression glands. (ii)Contractor shall arrange for factory visit for GE/EIC/or his Rep for test as per IS requirement.

Supply and fix voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, three phase naturally oil cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 340 V to 460 V with output voltage stabilized at 415 with accuracy ± 2.5% and speed of correction 8 Volts per second and of capacity 50 KVA all as specified and directed.
Supply, install, testing and commissioning Auto Mains Failure Silent type Diesel Engine Generating set 415 volts 10 KVA / nearest higher size available 3 -phase 0.8 power factor 50 Hz, 1500 RPM self exicited self regulated brushless AC generator installed including accoustic enclosure CPCB-2 suitable for ambient condition at Kalimpong (WB) and confirming to condition under IS 10002, 13364 Part-I 1992, BS 5514/2613/5000 all as specified and directed with following :- (i) The capacity of Generator set shall be net after all due derating factors as per relevant IS/BS Standards design. Note :-(i). The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of first fill of oil and final successful acceptance test. (ii) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of 12 hours test run at site as specified in PS in presence E/M Offr detailed by accepting officer, all testing arrangements/ equipments shall be made available by the contractor for tests. (Note : Srl item No. 5.00 is hereby continued as Srl item No. 5.01 to 5.11)
(A). Alternator :- Standard design alternator rated at 10 KVA / nearest higher size available at 0.8 (lag) power factor AC, 3 - phase 4 - wire 415 volts 50 Hz, 1500 RPM, self exicited self regulated screen protected drip proof brushless design with winding in pole faces, insulating class 'H' and voltage regulation of + 1% at rated voltage from no load to full load. The alternator shall be confirming to BS 5514/5000, IS-13364 Part-I 1992 and shall be in position to generate supply with frequecy regulation with in + 1% tolerace. The alternator will be suitable for tropical climate and shall generally confirm to BS - 2613/5000/ IS - 4722. i) Insualation class - 'H' ii) Temparature rise Class - 'H' iii) Excitation : Self Excited iv) Regulation performance: The voltage is kept constant with + 1%, manual voltage adjustment within + 5% . v) Frequency regulation + 1%
(B) Diesel Engine: - Adequate capacity of Diesel engine water cooled to drive independently above alternator and after considering derating as per site conditons after generating and reducing power consumed by accessories directly coupled through flexible coupling multi cylinder multi stroke direct injection, cold starting 1500 RPM, as per relevant IS /BS complete with standard accessories all as specified and required for safe handling and operation salient features of accessories shall be as under:-
i) Fly wheel with housing. ii) Cooling system :- Moulded radiator with fan & belts. iii) Cooling Water pump : - Centrifugal type belt driven. iv) Exhaust System :- Exhaust System complete with exhaust piping of suitable dia with MS pipe medium grade for safe exhaust without transforming vibration to the wall/enclosure. Turbo charger type.
Exhaust manifold Silencer : Residential type Bellows iv) Fuel System :- Fuel injection system with fuel injectors, fuel injection solenoid switch controlled by governer mechanical operated or as recommended by OEM for 1% speed /frequecy regulation. viii) Starting System :- Electric Self starter with and including battery charging alternator. ix) Batteries :- Batteries of maintenece free of capacity 12 V, 80 AH - 01 No. complete with copper conductor multistranded leads of suitable length from self starter to the battary terminals complete with initial charge and initial fill of electrolyte all as specified and : Starter gear ring Start and stop push button Ignition key / Switch Handling and operation : Salient features of accessories shall be as under: Radiator with blower fan Corrosion inhibitor coolant Paper element filters for fuel, lub oil and by pass governer mechanical operated or as recommended by OEM controlled direct fuel injection system Fly wheel housing and fly wheel. x) Generator Monitoring Panel : - Comprising of all standard items as mentioned under this schedule or as per standard practice iginiton key switch and start / stop arrangement, indications for Engine parametes, hour run meter, RPM meter, Engine oil pressure indicator, water/coolent temparature indicator, Battary volt display.
xi) Safety Controls : - Engine low lube oil pressure high water temparature and over speeding of engine. xii) Coupling arrngement : - Flexiable coupling, fly wheel to suit flexiable coupling. xiii) Accessories :- AVM Pads built or separtely mounted to manufactrer base frames. xiv) Base Frame : - Made out of ISMC of sturdy design made of MS channel with necessary reinforcement and predetermined holes. xv) Fuel Tank :- Daily service complete on a common base inside the accoustic enclosure as per manufacturers guidelines for minimum 8 hours continuous operation. xvi) MS pipe line to and from the fuel tank to the DG Set.
C) AMF Panel :- Factory made indoor type IP-54 conforming to IS-8623 control cubical LT made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet powder coated, dust and vermin proof totally encosed with front and rear opeining of 415 volts 3 -Phase, 4-wire, AC 50 Hz, including copper bus bar TPN 100 Amps complete with internal wiring with PVC insulated single core copper conductor multi stranded wire of 1100 Volts grade of suitable capacity fuses, name plates consisting of 04 pole MCCBs, 25 Amps, 16 KA, adjustable type - 03 Nos. and contactors of capacity 25 Amps, AC, 3-Phase, 415 Volts, heavy duty TPN, Air break type - 02 Nos. Microprocessor relay 01 No. etc all controls indicators and standard fittings shall be as follows :-
D) Civil Works :- All civil works including PCC plat form and related to foundations including of panel and equipments including making good and existing structrure of distrubed during installation and commissioning of genset. The depth of the foundation and PCC as recommended by the manufacturer. F) Rubber Matting of LV grade 19mm thick of suitable size chequred type ISI marked to be laid in front of control panel should be provided. Note:- The contractor shall arrange for artificial load for testing for final testing of DG Set at site and the cost is deemed to be including in above offer. G) Accoustic Enclosure:- Manufactured by OEM suitable for 10 KVA DG Set. (i) NAL approved as per CPCB (ii) It Should be as per latest rules and regulations of Ministry of Environment and Forest and Pollution control board. (iii) The generating set battaries and control panel should be inside the enclosure. (iv) Fuel tank should be in side the enclosure. (v) Construction Details/specification are as follows : - a) Outer body :- CRCA Sheet of 1.6mm thick.
b) Doors :- CRCA sheet of 1.6 mm thick c) Sound Insulation :- 100 mm thick rock wool (Minimum density 64kg/Cum) / fire resistance foam as per OEM / as per standard manufacturer to achieve desired decibel level. vi) The accoustic should be composite in construction and fully assembled integral unit. vii) The battaries should be placed inside the enclosure beside the DG Set on a suitable inlsulated plat form. viii) The DG Set should be provided with external Emergency stop push button. ix) The enclosure should be suitably illuminated by CFL/FTL Lamp fittings. x) The noise level should be 75 dB at 1m under free field conditions. xi) The accoustic enclosure parts shall be of powder coated after pre treat ment process. Note :- (i) The complete DG Set shall be procured from authorised OEM of the manufacturer of engine. A certificate in this connection shall be submitted to the GE. (ii) Anything missed out above but technically required for efficient working of DG Set is deemed to be included in quoted rates. iii) The noise level should be 75 dba at 1m under free field conditions. iv) The accoustic enclosure parts shall be of powder coated after pre treatment process. The base frame should be painted with epoxy based black shade. (v) Circulation system to achieve desired inside temperature of acoustic enclosure, if required shall be provided as per OEM recommendation.
Supply laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavyduty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts Earthed, grade of size 3 core, cross sectional area 95 sq. mm all as specified and directed.
Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm all as specified and directed.
Material and labour for replacement of GI tubing of 80 mm bore light grade, complete with all fittings as required for passing through cables under the floor ,along the wall or along the pole with suitable size M.S.flat iron clamps incl nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed.
Motorized Auguring/driling in road at 75 cm depth of dia sutable for laying of 40/50/80/mm dia GI tubing pipe all as specified and directed.
Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for laying of cables, erection of poles, struts/stays, leveling of yard etc not exceeding 10 sq.m on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed.
Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and exceeding 1.5 m and not exceeding 3.0 m in depth for laying of cables, erection of poles, struts/stays, leveling of yard etc not exceeding 10 sq.m on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed.
Supply and spread dry river sand in cable treches 8cm below and 15cm above the cable and gently pun down 18cm as in cable cushion all as specified and directed. Note - Thickness of 18cm after punning down will be measued and paid
Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, but class HV, Type 1, flat, size 300mmx l80mm x 40mm all as specified and directed.
Supplying and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover, Class LV, Type 2, flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm all as specified and directed.
Supplying and laying bricks common burnt clay building bricks, sub-class ‘B’ for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.
Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed.
Removing excavated material (soils) n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and directed.
Earhing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600X600X6mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below ground level, connected to galvanized strip 32X6mm , by means of galvanized iron or steel bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, and conneced to equipments as directed, including funnel with GI Light grade watering pipe 20 mm bore, wire mesh charcoal and common salt in alternate layers, of 15 cm compacted thickness all around the earth electrode, with concrete pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 , 50 mm thick pre cast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover slab reinforced with 8 mm dia reinforced bar 15 cm C/C and earth lead handle protection including necessary excavation earth work in soft/loose soil and disposal of spoil to a distance n.exc.50m and necessary testing complete all as shown on electrical plate no.5 of MES SSR Part-I and all as specified and directed.
Material and Labour for disconnection of existing unserviceable DG set upto 10 KVA by disconnecting electrically, dismantling of exhaust pipe and making good disturbed surface complete and transporting carefully to MES yard with the help of crane and vehicle complete all as required at site and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (i) Tool, machinery and transportation required for carry out of dismantling work and shifting of DG set to MES yard will be arranged by contractor and rates for the same deemed to be included in quoted rate all as specified and directed.
Dismantling of broken unserviceable existing earthing with galvanised steel strip 32x6mm and 10/8 SWG wire complete including removing of PCC from site all as specified and directed.
Material and Labour for disconnection of existing unserviceable Transformer 100 to 750 KVA by disconnecting electrically and transporting carefully to MES yard with the help of crane and vehicle complete all as required at site and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (i) Tool, machinery and transportation required for carry out of dismantling work and shifting of Transformer to MES yard will be arranged by contractor and rates for the same deemed to be included in quoted rate all as specified and directed.
Dismantling of insulators any type any size from existing poles all as specified and directed.
Dismantling of broken stay assembly from various location any size and stay rod complete all as specified and directed at site.
Dismantling of unserviceable ACSR or AAC conductor of any type and size from existing broken poles at various location all as specified and directed at site.
