Supply, fixing, connecting and testing surface and wall mounted LED batten 1x20/22W 4 feet, light fitting of extruded aluminium channel housing for enhanced heat dissipation and high efficiency injection moulded diffuser made of poly carbonate for enhanced light transmission. Fittings with corrosion resistant nano technology powder coating preferred. BIS approved high efficient LED driver with safety features is mandatory and should have minimum certified IP 20 certified SPD 2.5KV to 4KV, certified driver efficiency 90% SMD, LED, power factor >0.9. The LED used in fixtures should give at least 50K hours life in compliance with L70 and minimum certified output should be 110 lumens per watt. Light colour should be 5700 kelvin, in connection with stranded copper flexible cable of size min of 1.0 and length max up to 1.2mtr, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Test certificate of all LED fittings should be submitted from NABL Accredited Laboratories in original for Electicity & Photometry (LM79), LM80 and General product details.
