Taking down frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) area exc 1.5 Sqm but n.exc 4 Sqm each incl iron mongry complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster and raking out joints, hacking for key,scrubbing down with water built in cement mortar any description complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge

M & L for dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer -in - charge Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (including equivalent design mix)

Surface dressing n exc 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 M wide and not exceeding 1.5 Mtr deep and getting out including filling bottom surface to required level or slope for laying of pipes/ cables complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Returning filling including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing excavated surplus soil not exceeding 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for RCC type B-1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in slab supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F TMT bars upto 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
