Dismantling GI earth wire from LT/HT OH line after unbinding from pole for re-use or for shifting to MES store for taking credit to contractor all as specified and directed.

M&L for Galvanised steel earth wire of service feeder or distributor span of street light polesincluding binding with insulators using GI binding wire, jointing jumpers etc including connections of incoming and out going cables complete all as specified and directed.

Unbinding from insulators GI earth wire of any size of LT/HT overhead lines, Restretching the GI earth wire to achieve proper sag and rebinding to the insulators using new alumn/GI binding wire after repair.

Dismantling cross-arms of M.S. channel or angle sections etc from LT poles complete and setting aside for re-use or shifting to MES store for taking credit to contractor complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only the cross arms items with supports/ angle iron frame etc including nut, bolt, washer, welding, bending, hot or cold drilling holes for insulators bolts in any size or shape complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed ,welding and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified.

Dismantling and taking old/UNSV stay assembly including Stay wire and insulator complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for stay assembly complete with MS stay plate of size 300x300x6mm thick, stay rod 20 mm dia, stay bow, nuts, bolts and check nuts of GI all as shown in EP No 01 of SSR Part-I, 2009( Excavation, PCC, stay wire and loop type insulators will be measured separately) complete all as specified.

M&L in galvanized stay strand of 7/4mm size complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting, dismantling and taking out old steel tubular/PCC pole any size/ length and making good all disturbed surface to match with existing specifications complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting electrically, dismantling from foundation with due care and setting aside LT feeder pillar box any type any size with all accessories.

Supply and installation, connecting eclectically & commissioning in replacement of LT feeder pillar box outdoor type of size 0.90 x 0.70 x 0.60 Mtr size factory fabricated made out of MS sheet of thickness 3.15 mm front door openable with locking arrangement mounted on angle iron legs made out of angle iron of size 40x40x6mm, 1.5 mtr long, 1.0 mtr above ground level and 0.50 mtr embedded in PCC blocks of size 0.30x0.30x0.50 mtr- 04 Nos duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete with 200 amps rated copper bus bar suitable for 3 phase 4 wire supply system duly drilled holes and making all cable connection with proper thimbles mounted on epoxy based post insulators and with MCCB 200 Amps 4 pole 415 Volt, 35/36 KA -01 No, MCB 4 pole 80 Amps- 03 Nos, MCB DP 63 Amps 04 Nos and including digital multimeter showing ampere, voltage etc complete all as specifed and directed. M&L for painting of plateform of any size for LT panels/transformer with two coats of cement base paint including painting of MS gate and XPM jali/fencing all around the plateform with two coats of aluminium paint after preparation of surfaces all as specifed and directed.

Repair, maint and of broken doors for LT panel and bus bars by welding and including fixing of new hinges and other material as required at site complete all as specifed and directed.

Removal of unwanted vegetation/bushes/small plants shrubs around the water/electric supply installations/ inside the valve pit and surface excavation not esceeding 15 cm depth leveling the ground and removing the excavated material to a distance exceeding 50 M.

M & L for cutting, trimming of branches along the OH conductor of LT/ HT line within 2 mtr distance along both side of line and strictly all branches in one place as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil n exc 1.5 mtr in width and n. exc 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of cables, foundation of poles or stays and for rerouting of cables etc all as specifed and directed.

All as per item No 58 but depth exc 1.5 mtr but not exc 3.00 mtr.

Returning, filling in including spreading , levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm each all as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cables 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm, thick after laying, stretching and testing the cable. Note: Only punned thickness i.e 18cm shall be measured and paid.

M&L for Sub class ‘B’ fly ash bricks old size laid dry flat over the cable abutting each other, length of cable equal to width of brick all as specifed and directed.

Relaying of old bricks obtained form srl item No 58 flat over the cable abutting each other, length of cable equal to width of brick all as specifed and directed.

Material and Labour for pre cast cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregrate for foundation filling as mass concrete including necessary form work complete all as specifed and directed.

Material and Labour for pre cast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregrate for foundation of stay complete all as specifed and directed.

Cleaning grass/mud all in and around the earth pits after taking out pit cover and pouring of salt solution (appx 15 ltr) to existing pit with salt and water ratio 1:5 after that put on the existing pit cover on pit and checking/making connection to the equipments with new/existing GI wire complete all as specified and as directed. Note : GI strip should be measured and paid seperately under respective item of BOQ.

Servicing of DG set upto 63 kVA with AMF panel of any make to ensure smooth running of DG set for 30 mins on load. Checking for abnormal sound and leakages, carry out visual inspection of all moving parts, oil levels, oil filters, fuel filters, air filters and clean them properly, rectify the minor leakages if any. Inspect alternator, stator and rotor for normal speed & proper frequency, examine battery charging with monitoring system and recording voltages, checking battery cells gravity and topping up with distilled water, checking V belts with necessary adjustment, checking and retightening of nut bolts including coupling bolts of engine and alternator, checking & cleaning of radiator and leakage testing checking of radiator & fuel supply hose pipes, checking of AVR , excitation diodes, its connections confirming proper output voltage. checking & resetting of valve tappets , checking of all components of AMF panel, controller panel settings and adjust if required, cleaning of DG set internally using blower, cleaning radiator complete to ensure smooth functioning of DG set and submit the servicing report to engineer in charge. Note : 1. Servicing shall be done by authorised rep of manufacturer. 2 Any other accessories found unserviceable that shall be replaced & paid under respective items of BOQ.

Repair of PT (Pressure time) fuel pump by dismantling and segregation all parts, replacement of new parts such as filter screen shut down valve, valve elbow, pulsation clamp, idle adjusting screw, high speed spring, governer plug etc in replacement of existing U/S parts re-assembling the pump after repair/ replacement of parts , celebration for DG set of capacity 15 to 200 KVA & testing on completion as directed complete.

Repair/maint of AMF panel including replacement of unserviceable items, minor parts, wires, timer, relays etc and testing on completion all as specifed and directed. Note: Other unserviceable parts will be measured and paid seperately under respective items of BOQ.

Repair to radiator assembly cleaning washing throughly, descaling, M&L for replacement of rubber size pad and MS Nut & Bolts, brazing /repair of cooling tubes with dismantling, segregation upper and lower chamber (tank), reassembling including nut, bolt, washers, & spring any type for DG set capacity 15 to 200 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of Battery terminal bolt type suitable for any type of battery as per sample.

S& f in replacement of Battery lead of copper conductor 35 Sqmm single core fitted with suitable terminal on both side (as per sample).

Fixing only security/flood light/gate light any type/watt (retrieved from srl No 126 above) on pole or wall or high mast after repair, checking all wiring and serviceability of all components alongwith all connected accessories all as specifed and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of electronic driver for LED street/flood lights fitting 25 to 70 watt any type/make as per sample all as specifed and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of electronic driver for LED street/flood lights fitting 80 to 120 watt any type/make as per sample all as specifed and directed.

M&L for painting of steel tubular pole up to 11 mtr long including cross arms without removing accessories after preparation of surfaces (duly scratching old paint), the pole shall be painted (above coping) with 5 Nos circular strips each of 30 cm (of colour combination as directed) with synthetic enamel paint duly marked pole number in a 12 cm dia yellow circle with number writing with black synthetic paint. The remaining pole shall be painted with two coats of aluminium paint and painting of cross arms with one coat of aluminium paint including one coat of snowcem on PCC coping of pole complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for painting of PCC pole 9/11 mtr long including cross arms without removing accessories after preparation of surfaces, the pole shall be painted (above coping) with 5 Nos strips each of 30 cm (of colour combination as directed) with synthetic enamel paint duly marked pole number in a 12 cm dia yellow circle with number writing with black synthetic paint.

Material and labour for construction of earth pit (excluding pit cover) as required at site and as per specification of Electrical plate No-03 of SSR part-1 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for construction of earth pit cover of size 0.45x0.45x0.075 mtr made up of RCC B-1, 1:2:4 along with lifting handle complete and placing on earth pit complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting, dismentling and taking down carefully GI strip of any size up to 32x6mm and seggregating U/S or serviceable parts including removing from site or setting aside for reuse complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only GI strip obtained from site as per srl item No 143 buried in ground upto 50 cm depth or fixed to wall etc including jointing by welding for loop earthing complete all as specified and directed. Note: Contractor's quoted rates shall deemed to be included excavaion and earth workcomplete, nothing extra shall be admissible.

Supply & fix GI strip 32x6mm, buried in ground upto 50 cm depth or fixed to wall with nut, bolt & saddles/ insulators etc for loop earthing including welding for joints all as required at site complete all as specified and directed. M&L for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6mm buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers etc and connected to and including GI strip of size 32x6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of brass and protected by light grade 40mm dia GI pipe connected to equipments and GI pipe light grade 20mm bore for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, RCC pit cover 50mm thick and PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:2:4 type C2 (including excavation and earth work disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre) and testing after completion all as specified and shown on plate No 3 of SSR Part-I 2009 making test point and all connections complete all as specified & directed.

Deduct : Total amount of SCH 'A' SECTION-II (SCH OF CREDIT) Rs. 71,324.60 to be deducted from Schedule ‘A’ (BOQ) to arrive at the Contract Sum.
