S&F 18/19mm thick Prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame work all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50mm X 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tubes, as per specifications and drawing complete or as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Cuttings out old existings hinges any type frm exisings steel windows/ ventilators and providings new box type steel hinges to fix the old windows/ventilators and making good complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 63mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls incl all fittings (i.e. Bend/ TEE/ fixing ring etc as required) and joint made with cement sand mortar if required incl taking down existing pipe of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster from RCC Chhajja, roof projection, fins and facia and other similar RCC items and M&L for 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement over 15 mm thick dubbing coat in cement mortar 1:3 complete including use and waste of nesessary form work and scaffolding work for repair upto 3rd floor roof if required complete all as specified and directed.
