Providing, Laying, Spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam for required thick specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with pavers in sub base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density,including all cost conveyance of materials and labour charges etc. complete as per standard specifications and as directed by departmental Engineers MORTH 406

Providing and laying Priming coat 7Kg / 10 Sq.m over WMM surface using of SSI Emulsion Bitumen for 10 Sq.m and cost Emulsion Bitumen which will be supplied and procured by the contractor himself at his own cast as per special condition appended including labour charges for preparing the surface for laying the tack coat and for applying the required quantity of bituminous by mechanical sprayer including hire and fuel for all tools and plants employed etc., complete. Providing and laying Tack coat 2.50 Kg / 10 Sq.m over Wet Mix Mecadam surface using of RS1 Emulsion Bitumen for 10 Sq.m and cost of Emulsion Bitumen which will be supplied and procured by the contractor himself at his own cost as per special condition appended including labour charges for preparing the surface for laying the tack coat and for applying the required quantity of bituminous by mechanical sprayer including hire and fuel for all tools and plants employed etc., complete as per MORTH Specifications 111,112,501,503 and 900.

Providing and laying 50mm Consolidated thick Dense Bituminous Mecadam using 0.24 cum of 26.50 – 13.20 mm Graded metal and 0.25 cum of 13.20 – 2.36 mm Grade metal and 0.23 cum of 2.36 mm & below with 53.20 kgs of 60/70 Grade Bulk bitumen for premixing per 10 Sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20 – 30 ton capacity, Conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 50 mm with mechanical pavers to the specified grades and cross sections and compaction by Vibratory/Pneumatic rollers to the required density etc., including labour for loading bitumen into bitumen tank and Metal to feeder unit, labour for attending to paver site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20 – 30 ton CMP With bitumen boiler tipper,trucks, paver Finisher/9M, Vibrator rollers and all other tools and plants required,including all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specification using CMP Clause 505 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying Bituminous concrete to 30mm thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00-9.50 mm, 0.13cum of 9.50-2.36 mm and 0.26cum of 2.36mm and blow with 46.28 kgs of VG 30 /bitzumen and shredded plastic waste 4.02 kg for premixing for 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20–30 tonnes capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 30 mm with mechanical Paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by vibratory/ roller to the required density etc., including labor for attending to paver site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20 – 30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, paver finisher,/ 9m paver finisher, vibratory/ rollers and all other tools and plant required including fule and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as for clause 507of MORTH Rev-5.

Providing Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermo Plastic compound of Best Quality including cost and conveyance and labour charges etc complete. 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @250 gm per sqm.

Providing and laying Well Gravel to the specified thick including cost and conveyance of Well gravel from approved quarry and stocking the same at road side to Departmental guage for premeasurement as directed by the Departmental Officers including labour charges for spreading in layers not exceeding 75 mm thick (or) as specified by the departmental officers, levelling, sectioning etc., and all other charges for tools and plants employed for the work and all other incidental charges such as barricading and providing danger lights etc., complete as per standard specification. as per clause 301 & 305 of MORTH
