M&L for clearing blockage of WC (E Type & I Type) by opening inspection door bend and using Roding / pressure technique to clear blockage complete all as specified and directed.
M& L for clearing blockage of Gully/floor traps to first man hole by Roding/pressure to clear blockage complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for clearing blockage of floor trap ,sewage line to first man hole by Roding/pressure to clear blockage. Note for Srl. No 01 to 03 a) Conractor/Rep of the contractor has to collect the complaints on daily basis from incharge of complaint cell. b) The blockage of WC/Floor Trap/Gully Trap are to be cleared on the same day of the recipt of complaint. c) In case of non attaedence of complaints of WC blockage /Gully/floor traps by the contractor on the same day, a penalty of Rs 500- per complaint per day will be recovered from the contractor.
M&L for pumping out liquid or semi liquid sludge /solid waste from sewage wells or septic tanks of any size or any depth mechanically or manually and a open trench be made for disposal/ evaporation of liquid after use whole area be covered with bleaching powder and covered with soil complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge Note: During the cleaning of sewage wells alertnate arrangement be made by contractor by temporary pumping arrangement for clearing sewage disposal complete all as specifed and directed by engr in charge
M&L cleaning of existing septic tank and sewage well by closing the existing sewage system at last man hole and providing temporary Katcha drain for flow of sewage water. Removing man hole cover and dewatering the liquid waste by mechanical pumping. Removing the solid sludge by manually or by mechanical system up to the bottom of septic tanks and sewage well at any size incl depositing the solid sludge in the pit providing by digging in near by septic tank of appropriate size. Covering the pit by natural earth obtained from excavation after filling the solid sludge and making the good completely hygienic .Opening the man hole after cleaning of septic tank and relaying the man hole cover complete work to be executed to the entire satisfaction of Engr –in-charge and as directed at site.
M&L for Cleaning of sewage line blocked/filled with sludge (solid/semi solid) silt and any other waste by roding or any other means (without damage to sewage line ) manhole to manhole and well pushing and cleaning including removing the waste to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and burried in pit excavated upto 15 cm depth below the GL and cover with excavated soils after treating the sludge by spreading a fine layer of bleaching powder as directed to reduce the foul gased and refixing man hole cover slab in position for sewage line of dia upto 300mm and at any depth complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) The cost of excavation of pit, bleaching powder and RFR to cover the sludge shall deemed to be inclusive in rate quoted by the contractor. (ii) All the tools and plants including mechanical pump and other allied arrangements for making sewage line functional will be made available by the contractor with out any extra cost to the Govt.
Material and labour for Construction of Soakage well of size 2.4 m dia. x 3.0 m deep including excavation in any type of soil, foundation in plain cement concrete 1:3:6, walls of honey combed masonry with top ring of reinforced cement concrete of nominal mix type B-1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded stone broken aggregate complete filled with brick bats, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge and as shown on drawing no. CELZ/TD/576 dated 16 Jun 1989 ( for reference purpose only). Note :-(a) The above referred drawing can be seen in the office of AGE(I) during working hours.
Demolition and breaking up 150mm bore drain pipes (salt glazed ware ) in cement mortar and taking out from trenches all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge.
M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate crushed stone aggregate as in bed SGSW pipe 150 mm bore and haunching against the sides of pipes after laying and testing complete.

Returning, filling in trenches, including spreading, leveling watering and wall ramming in layers each n.exc 25cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified.
Removal of surplus spoil to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified.
Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar incl quoins and arches all as specified and directed by Engineer – in - Charge.

M&L for water proofing treatment to floor and vertical surface of sunken portion complete all as specified and directed with including following :- (a) After demolition of floor and cement concrete remove all loose particles alongwith existing water proofing treatment (any no of layers) with wire brushes and cleaning the surface with water. (b) Brushing cement slurry with 1.2 kg of cement per square metre duly blended with acrylic water proofing compound. (c) 15mm thick (average thickness) plaster in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with acrylic water proofing compound on sunken surface and wall. The corner of sunken portion shall be rounded in concave shape and adequate slope shall be made during plastering to accommodate sump pipe. (d) Brushing cement slurry with 1.2 kg per square metre duly blended with acrylic water proofing compound. (e) Curing the sunken portion with water minium for 48 hours by ponding. Applying APP modified polymeric membrane with centre core 100 micron HMHDPE out film 20 micron each,having thickenss 3 mm, weight not less than 3.00 kg/Sqm with 100 mm side overlap and 150 mm end lap and laid with following course of descritiopn below:- (a) Applying evenly a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS 3384-1965 @ 0.50 ltr/sqm prepared surface till the surface is properly impregnated and solvent oil in primer shall be allowded to evaporate completely. (b) Second caot of bonding material using hot blown grade bitumen 85/25@ 1.2 kg/Sqm conformoing to IS 702-1988 over bituminous primer . (c) third course i:e laying APP Modififed polymeric membrane describe hereinbefore with 100 mm overlap in longitudinal direction and 150 mm in traverse direction
