M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) in lintel upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, stringcourses lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones bed plates,kerbs incl weathering slightly rounded or chemfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for broken glass coping on top of wall in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10 to 12 mm thick factory made machine pressed uniform coloured precast cement concrete designer wall tiles in cladding size exc. 0.20 Sqm but not exc 0.25 Sqm , set and jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry and finihsed with white cement and pigment including 10 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of previously treated surface of wall and re painting the layout of colony with building number (as per existing) with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) in louvres and jallies, 25 mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings and setting with cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of vegetation/tree growth etc on external surface of walls or on roof top in two/four storey building by taking all necessary precaution to the workers and also the adjacent govt properties including digging out of filling holes with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using (20 mm graded stone aggregate) and finishing the surface to match adjacent surfaces after application of suitable chemical using " break" manufactured by M/S denocil company or equivalent to avoid re growth of the vegetation and removing the debris to outside the MD land complete all as directed.
