REPAIRS/MAINT OF INTERNAL WIRING, CEILING FAN, AC, DESERT COOLER AND DAY TO DAY COMPLAINTS OF INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION AND REP/REPLACEMENT OF PERIMETER SECURITY LIGHTS, FLOOD LIGHTS WITH OTHER CONNECTED ITEMS AT 213 TRANSIT CAMP UNDER GE NAGROTA

Identifying and rectifying the defects pertaining to internal electrification & summer appliances of any type and nature such as taking down and replacement of defective switch/socket/ceiling rose/holders/fittings /fixtures/ MCBs/MCB DBs and items such as desert coolers/fridges/deep freezers/ACs/Geysers/fans etc as the items of any type/model, rectification of faulty electric circuits, tightening of loose connections, replacment of old u/s wiring/conduits/casing caping & connections etc. complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- (a) All T & P/Stationeries and labour team required comprising of minimum 02 Nos of trained electricians daily and 01 Refrigeration mechanic as per requirement will be provided by the contractor as directed by Engineer in charge. (b) Rep of the contractor will present in complaint cell & responsible for receiving & attending the complaints from 08.30 Hrs to 16.30 Hrs daily the time of lodging the complaint. In absence of rep of Contractor penal recovery as decided by GE shall be imposed & on contractor. (c) Cost of minor stores such as screws,clamps,insulation tapes,nuts/bolts, nail of required size, gutties, rawal plugs as required at site etc shall be deemed included in the above quoted item. However, major items such as switches, sockets, bell push, fan regulator, MCBs, holders, light fittings, DBs, wiring and parts of ACs/deep freezers/desert coolers/fans etc shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under relevant item of Schedule 'A'. and labour item shall be deemed to be included in the item rate.

(d) Complaints where complete replacement of circuit/point wiring required shall be measured under relevent item. (e) If contractor fails to rectify the complaint with in 24 hours after reciving complaint, Rs 1000/- per complaint per day will be recovered from the contractor. (f) Contractor will provide complete tool kits/safety equipments for electricians and Refrigerator mechanic including dress to working staff in the contract. Also safety of electricians/refg mech is completely responsible by the contractor is deemed to be included in the item rate. (g) If case of any urgent nature of complaint contractor has to provide the electricians for to attend the complaints after 1630 hrs also including sundays/holidays as per direction of Engr-in-Charge.If any complaint of urgent nature is not attended within 02 hrs, then a penalty of Rs.200 per hour of delay shall be levied upon the contractor. Any disputes regarding this matter, the decision of GE shall be final and binding. (h) A complaint register will be maintained by the contractor bearing details of every coomplaint attended shall be entered by the contractor daily including details like building No, Location etc, and the register shall be signed by contrcator, JE and Engineer in Charge. The register will be submitted alongwith RAR/ Final bill for technical check. (j) All the items under Supply only items of BoQ shall be obtained from contractor under proper receipt voucher.

Supply only Switch socket combination 2 in 1, 3 pin, 5 Amp flush type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Switch socket combination 2 in 1 5 pin 15 Amps flush type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Ceiling rose, 3 phase/PVC/ polycarbonate, isolated body surface type 65mm x 50mm 2 to 3 terminal complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Electronic modular step fan regulator 1/2 module as per site requirement electronic,step type and connection complete all as specified and directed.
