One Course of Pressed Tile Roof finish in cement mortar

Remove the base particles in the roof slab and clean the spalled roof area with wire brush and one oat of rust remover over the exposed reinforcement and provide new reinforcement in needly areas with hitti anchoring and over lappaing and then apply one bond coat of epoxy bonding agent and then pour high strength micro concrete from the top and ensure the micro concrete will fill all the spalled roof areas and finally remove the shutters and finish the ceiling all including labour material conveyance accessories etc.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five Plastering sand), 12mm thick in all floors including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Flooring with ceramic tiles of following size and variety conforming to IS 15622 laid over cement mortar bed of 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three crushed stone Sand) with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with Water Resistant Tile Epoxy Grout at the rate of 0.27 Kg. / sq.m. etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Dadooing walls with following best approved quality, white / colour glazed tiles conforming to IS 15622 of following sizes in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two crushed stone sand),10 thick with Mortar Plasticizer and pointing the joints with Water Resistant Tile Epoxy Grout at the rate of 0.27 Kg. / sq.m. neatly in all floors, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Paving the floor with pre-polished concrete anti-skid tiles (Required shape and design) of 20mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in accordance with IS 1443 over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three crushed stone sand) with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer and pointed with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m., curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Painting two coats of old plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic interior emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour excluding priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.
