M&L for PCC (1:5:10) type E2 by using 40 mm graded stone agrregate as in foundation filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling watering & well ramming in layers n.exc. 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated mtrl n.exc.50 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc.1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for post and strut rolled mild steel as in joist, channel, angle or tubular section, Tee sections, fixed independently without connecting plates etc (cut to ordinary lenghts i.e. within 20 mm of the length indicated) of Gde Fe 410-S complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of steel surfaces over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L for Hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface using bricks 50 mm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in PCC hard standing, finish the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Brick work with sub class 'B' Bricks straight or curved on plan exeeeding 6 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for three coats of white wash on newly plastered surfaces of wall duly preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F of concealed point wiring in and including rigid non metalic PVC conduit, ISI marked 19/20 mm dia with 1.5 Sqmm FRLS insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable single core 1100 Volts grade with MS/GI pressed steel terminal boxes for fixing of modular switches/sockets/fan regulator step type and fixing of face plate FRLS inslulated & unsheathed stranded copper conductor of 1.5 Sqmm as earth wire for the following complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge:- Including making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc with existing system prevailing and apply 2 coats of OBD on finished plastered surfaces. S&F of Modular switch one way 6 Amps 1 module suitable for 230 Volts AC supply complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F of Modular switch one way 15/16 Amps 1 module suitable for 230 Volts AC supply complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, installation and testing of exhaust fans alongwith louvers of 300 mm sweep, AC single phase, 4 blade type, double ball bearing, 1200-1400 rpm having metallic blades, vibration free balanced impeller of air delivery of 1950 Cum/Hr, metallic finish, power consumption 90 Watt complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. S&F of exhaust fan made of sturdy engineering plastic with louvers shutter, voltage 230 V, 50 Hz, RPM 1200, copper winding of sweep 250 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. M&L for installation and testing new geyser storage type 4/5 star rating having capacity 25 ltr, ABS body, 2000 watts, 220-240 Volts with thermal cutoff suitable for AC supply, 50 Hz with all standard accessories like inlet and outlet PVC connection of heavy duty type and non return valve in inlet water supply and 02 Nos angle valve complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. S&F of GI tubing medium grade of size 15 mm with all fitting and fixed to walls and ceiling or laid in floors of size including all accessories such as tee, bend, elbow and union etc, taking down the existing pipes and connections including making good to disturbed surface of wall and match with the existing one (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
