To Qualify for award of this contract the Tenderer must have valid Class - 3 and above Civil Contractors Registration Certificate, registered in KPWD / MES / CPWD as on the Date of Tender Notification. Scanned copy of Valid contractors Registration Certificate.

To Qualify for award of this contract the Tenderer, as a prime contractor, should have in his name satisfactorily completed at least one similar nature of work i.e. Road Work costing not less than Rs. 10,59,251/- during the last five years i.e, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26.The work must have completed till last date of submission of tenders. Work Done Certificate shall clearly mention the date of completion of the certified work. Scanned copy of the Work done Completion Certificate, Certified by an Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer for work done in Govt.,/public sector undertakings.

To Qualify for award of this contract the Tenderer in his name should have, in the last five financial years ( i.e. during the years 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26 achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover of Rs. 21,18,501/- (In all classes of civil engineering construction works only). Scanned copy of year wise audited profit / loss statement of Two financial years in which minimum financial turnover of Rs. 21,18,501/- is achieved. (Certified by Chartered Accountant only. Statement issued by others will not qualify for eligibility).

To Qualify for award of this contract the assessed available tender capacity of the tenderer should be more than the amount put to tender. Note: The bid capacity of the tenderer is calculated based on the formula. Assessed Available Tender Capacity : ( (A X N x 2.5) - B) Where A : Maximum value of Civil Engineering works, updated to 2025-26 price level, executed in any one year during the last five years.( Completed as well as works in progress). B : Value at 2025-26 price level of existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed during the next two years. N : Number of years prescribed for completion of the work for which tender is invited. 2.5 : Multiplying factor for assessing the available tender capacity for works costing upto Rs.100.00Lakhs. The Bidder/Contractor must upload the Scanned copy of details of existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed in the prescribed format only (Annexure-B) duly signed. In case the Bidder does not have any existing commitments, the same should be indicated as NIL in the prescribed format, duly signed. Details uploaded in any other format or uploaded documents in which the Bidder himself has calculated the Bid capacity will not be considered for evaluation and also will not qualify for eligibility.
