CLEANING, REPAIR /MAINT OF SEWAGE DRAINAGE SUMP AND ITS CONNECTED SYSTEM AND ALLIED E/M SERVICES OF WORK IN STP AND OTHER INSTALLATION AT BB CANTT SRINAGAR

Material, labour & other T&P required for de-watering & desludging along with complete cleaning work for sewage or drainage sump/well area all as per existing any type/size any shape and installed at various existing location. Before starting of work on sump blocking of main entry point of all receiving of sewage /drainage water of sump and also providing / making temporary suitable size & capacity of pump motor with piping arrangement for lifting of blocked storage water systems and after carried out of work on sump like removing and taking out of unwanted non perishable items i.e polythene bags , PVC scrap, PVC bottles, wooden pieces etc and other floating material and after de-watering of sump storage dirty muddy /sewage water including cleaning & removing and taking out of all type of wet sewage sludge format/wet muddy format from the inside area of sewage/drainage sump/well with having nos of sump portions /chambers and holes & grid chambers alongwith cleaning/opening & removing of it connected blocked inlet and outlet pipe line , valve and grids systems etc any type /size/dia etc and cleaned upto bottom level of sump/well or with max satisfaction range of Engrs In Charge and also cleaning and removing of unwanted deposit soil material and vegetation from the out side top floor/roof of the sump/well area etc and after disposal off all material with wet sludge/muddy format and floating material etc and to buried direct on ground by manually or mechanically system. The sludge has to be disposal off at a place away from distance not less than upto10 mtr and carried out direct buried on under ground or where all as specified & decided and directed.

Note- (i) All type of required T&P, labour and transportation charges etc shall be included in quoted rates. (ii) Cleaning of sump/well and other equipment with man power safety precautions is required for while working sump/well and shall be arranged by the contractor under own arrangement and with out any extra cost to the dept / Govt. (iii) The contractor provided/depute the sufficient more nos of lobour & T&P for cleaning of sump/well and to be prevent maintained min interruption of supply sewage/drainage water by the users and no such type any shortage and delay reason are not accepted (iv) The quoted rates shall be included for excavation of pits for buried direct on under ground of sludge format and covering by returning & filling and removing of surplus soil to a distance not exc upto 20 meter from the pit point. (v) The unit rate quoted deemed to be included for all type of T&P for used as lifting of entry blocked sewage water/dewatering of sump sewage water/sludge with mechanical equipment for working on complete work.

Material , lobour & other required T&P for de-watering & desludging along with complete cleaning of sewage or drainage out side area inter connected like balancing hole, main holes, main chamber, bar, pit; drainages, grid chambers, sump etc all as per existing any type/size any shape at various location including taking out of unwanted non perishable items i.e polythene bags , PVC scrap, PVC bottles, shells, gum boots ,wooden pieces and other floating material etc and than after removing and taking out of complete all type of sewage sludge format/wet muddy format form the existing system and cleaning complete up to the last bottom level with max satisfaction range of Engrs In Charge and also removed and open the blocked inlet and outlet connected pipe line and valve systems and after disposal out it manually or mechanically system to the wet sludge/muddy format with all type of floating material etc. The sludge has to be disposed off at a place away from distance not less than upto10 mtr and carried out direct buried on under ground or where all as specified, decided and directed.

M&L for dismantling of existing pump and motor set with base frame after disconnecting all mechanical and electrical connection from 30 HP to 100 HP capacity pump and motor set system and with kept safe side and after dismantling of existing PCC foundation and including providing of M&L for preparation of new PCC foundation as per existing type/size or existing specifications alongwith in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) and refixing of pump & motor set along with making all electrical & mechanical connections, complete all specified and directed.

Supply, laying and spreading and replacement of Ganderbal sand (coarse sand) used in the filter bed as per existing any type/size any shape as decided and including removal and taking out of old unserviceable blocked filter sand etc all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and replacement of nuts & bolts with washer of any size/ any type complete all as per existing sample/size/model and properly match to each other as per the existing type, complete all as specified and directed .

Supply, filling and replacement of grease lubricant for pump motor purposed complete all as per existing sample/grade, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, filling and replacement of engine oil lubricant for pump motor purposed complete all as per existing sample/grade, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing & Scraping existing paint, oil from the body of Motor & Pump set with base frame including all exposed portion of pump set, preparing surface and spray (workshop premixed paint) painting of existing colour paint on the motor pump set with base frame structure suitable for rating 10 HP to 40 HP capacity complete with the help of two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing and Scraping existing paint, oil from the body of Motor & Pump set with base frame including all exposed portion of pump set, preparing surface and spray (workshop premixed paint) painting of existing colour paint on the motor pump set with base frame structure suitable for rating 50 HP to 100 HP capacity complete with the help of two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for area grass cutting work any type any size along with surface dressing and cleaning of surrounding area of sewage/ drainage installation including cutting vegetation, bushes, grass etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for testing of sewage water on lab by biochemical oxygen demand and chemical oxygen demand report etc or other sewage parameter test report from the approved lab complete all as specified , decided and directed.

Supply, laying ,fixing & jointing and replacement of in any position of CI/DI/GI fittings up to 300 mm dia bore pipe line system any type any size, such as bends, tapers, Tee pieces any dia any angle/radius and straight connecting pieces etc (single & double branch type based) duly fixed each other to the existing pipe line fittings attachment system, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying ,fixing & jointing and replacement of cast iron sluice valve of size 250/300 mm dia bore along with having both flanged and drilled ends type or all as per existing sample/size & model & make and properly match to each other as per the existing type of valve, including providing suitable size of rubber joint washers/ gaskets joint and replacement of defected suitable type / size of bolts and nuts, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per serial item No 19 here in before, but CI sluice valve of size 150 mm dia bore, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, fixing & jointing and replacement of cast iron non return valve (NRV) / reflux valve of size 150 mm dia bore along with having both flanged and drilled ends all as per existing type of sample/size & model & make and properly match to each other as per the existing type of NRV, including providing suitable size of rubber joint washers/gaskets joint and replacement of defected suitable type / size of bolts and nuts, etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per serial item No 23 here in before, but CI NRV of size 100 mm dia bore, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for digging, jointing and replacement of run pig lead/lead wool joint with jointing work on existing CI/DI pipe line system of suitable size 200 to 300 mm dia bore and providing alongwith heavy duty spun yarn rope & with run pig lead/lead wool materials for joint/filling of pipe line attachment system to each other and make it leak proof, complete all as specified and directed.

Material ,labour and including excavation of earth work in any type/size of soil work for construction of brick masonry valve pit cover of size 90cmx90cmx90cm in internal dimension alongwith making plastering work for all side wall including providing and making of angle iron frame work of size 40 x 40 x 6 mm thick and cover it MS sheet cover plate 3 mm thick with locking arrangements and handle complete work including dismantling of old valve pit system and removal of retrieved unserviceable material outside area, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of surfaces painting work for sewage/drainage pump house and sump/well area in side and surrounding area fitted inlet suction & out let discharge pipe lines with connected valve , NRV,Strainer ,fitting ,moving trolley , rolling scraper with shaft and attachment system and other fixing connected accessories of the complete system upto above ground level pipe line inside the pump house bldg and it surrounding area complete and applying two coats of synthetic enamel water proof black paint of best quality complete all as directed.

Supply, laying ,fixing & jointing and replacement of cast iron foot valve with strainer of size 150 mm dia bore with flanged end based type alongwith having gun metal flapper and high quality pressure stop gasket, complete all as per existing type of sample/size & model and properly match to each other as per the existing size/type of valve including providing suitable size of rubber joint washers/ gaskets joint materials and replacement of defected suitable type / size of bolts and nuts, etc complete all as specified and directed by EIC including taking out and removing of existing suction pipe line from well/sump area complete work all as specified and directed.

Description all as per serial item No 40 here in before, but pipe line of size 80/100 mm dia bore, complete work all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for replacement of PCC work with providing of PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm based stone aggregate for laying of PCC work including after making finishing work the exposed to ruff surfaces of concrete for smooth and even concrete using extra cement work including demolition of existing cement concrete PCC work/ hard standing/foundation etc work from ground level of any description and in any position, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for replacement of PCC work with providing of PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 12.5 to 20 mm based stone aggregate for laying of PCC work including after making finishing work the exposed to ruff surfaces of concrete for smooth and even concrete using extra cement work including demolition of existing cement concrete PCC work/ hard standing/foundation etc work from ground level of any description and in any position, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of heavy duty shock resistance and fire resistance type insulating rubber foot matt of size 1mtr x 2 mtr x 19 mm made out of bland of high quality natural rubber and the upper side surface of mate is chequered / rough marked and the bottom side of mate is anti and skid no slip type suitable for conductive parts, and prevent to people from being exposed to excessive voltage and to be safely dissipated & also reduce electromagnetic interference system all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting welding and jointing & assembly and making difference any type /size and shape of fitting / fixtures as required at site and making from cross arms of angle iron or MS channel , MS sheet, MS bar including bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts and washers, and required welding, bending, cold or hot drilling and making jointing/ holes for bolts in any shape or size and including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of GI column pipe, medium grade of size 150 mm dia bore made out of as shape and size upto 10 feet long with having flanged fitted at both ends type with making hole and including alignment and jointing to each other as per existing pipe line connections system including providing jointing material as rubber joint/jain washer /gasket not less than 3mm thick alongwith suitable size, bolts, nuts and washers etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of GI column pipe, medium grade of size 100 mm dia bore made out of as shape and size upto 10 feet long with having flanged fitted at both ends type with making hole and including alignment and jointing to each other as per existing pipe line connections system including providing jointing material as rubber jain washer /gasket not less than 3mm thick alongwith suitable size, bolts, nuts and washers etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of GI column pipe, medium grade of size 80 mm dia bore made out of as shape and size upto 10 feet long with having flanged fitted at both ends type with making hole and including alignment and jointing to each other as per existing pipe line connections system including providing jointing material as rubber jain washer /gasket not less than 3mm thick alongwith suitable size, bolts, nuts and washers etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for spraying chemical (Glycol/roundup and chemical composition isopropyl amine salt of glyphosate of 40.6%surfactant inert polyoxy ethylene amine 15.00% and manufacturing impurities 4.00%) on area to remove unwanted vegetation/grass at various location as directed. Note- (i) Labour and equipment to spray chemical on required area are included in quoted rate. (ii) Spray will be repeated as per site requirement and all as directed .

Notes :- An amount of Rs. 12,795.00 on account of Credit Schedule for Schedule 'A' Part-II shall be deducted from total quoted amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
