Taking down of chowkat / frames with shutter (w/o taking off shutter from frames) exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4 Sqm each. ( Distrubed surface of wall shall be make good by the contractor. The rate quoted shall be deemed included for the same) all as specified and directed of Engineerin-charge.

S & F factory made PVC door frames of size 50mm x 47 mm made out of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube suitable for opening as per site condition complete all as specified and directed and shown on page No. 160 of SSR part-II all as specified and directed of Engineerin-charge.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tube for top and bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail, paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement complete all as specified in drawing on sl page No 156 of SSR 2010 part –II and directed.

M&L for second class hard wood plain solid, straight chowkats and frames wrought framed rebatted on the solid, rounded or chamfered put together with glue, pinned at joints all as specified and directed.

S&F 35mm thick, Plain framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs aluminium alloy wire cloth, 0.45mm nominal dia of wire & average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with aluminium wire staples all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces of wall/ceiling and likes including racking out joints, hacking for keys scrubbing down with water etc any description including removal of rubbish outside MoD land, complete all as specified and directed. Note : The rate quoted by the Contractor is deemed to be included necessary scafolding and form works.

M&L for PVC insulation panels of 10mm thickness with EPS stuck to 1mm plain PVC sheet suitably placed in false ceiling grid made of Aluminium/G.I./M.S. as per specification and drawing in ceiling fixed with screws on snap grid all as per manufacturer instructions.

M&L for thick PCC (1:2:4) Type B-2 using 20mm graded stone aggregate and finishing the concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed of Engineerin-charge..

M&L for 20mm thick wearproof topping (by incorporating an approved mettalic floor hardner) laid on concrete floors and pavings. Metallic floor hardener and cement shall be thoroughly mixed to an even colour in dry state in the proportion recommended by the manufacturer. This mixture shall be mixed with crushed granite/basalt/trap as indicated (6mm and down) in the proportion 1:2 by volume. Requisite amount of water shall then be added to form a workable mixture and finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed. ( Note:- Mettalic hardner shall be paid separately.)

Mettalic floor hardner of approved quality consisting of uniformally graded metal particles, free from non-ferrous metal particles, oil, grease sand, soluble alkaline compounds for increasing abrasion resistance and shall be Ironite, Hardonate, Ferronite or other equal and approved metallic floor harderner complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of precast concrete block walling, brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles etc all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing precast cement concrete block masonary with solid blocks exc 10cm width, type C-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate and set in cement mortar (1:6) completeall as specified and directed.

M& L for rendering 15 mm thick in cm (1:4) on fair faces of concrete surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement and mixed with water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement all as specified and directed. Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and removing all the rubbish as directed by Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Non - skid Light Shade Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqmas in floors etc laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 and set and jointed in neat grey cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles (Ist quality) 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/ rectangular), area of each tile exc 0.11 Sqm but n.exc 0.18 sqm on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dado and rises to steps etc. including 10mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:3 set and set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified and directed.
