Scarifying existing bituminous surface to a depth of 50 mm by mechanical means (Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material with in all lifts and lead upto 1000 metres.)

Excavation for Roadway in soil using manual means including loading in truck for carring out cut earth to embankment etc

Construction of granular sub-base: Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density,complete as per cl. 401( with an initial lead of 5 Km.)( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt. (ii) Grading II

Water Bound Macadam Sub-base/ base Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80 -100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming stone screening/binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the reqd. density Grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. (A) By Manual Means (B)WBM Grading-II

Water Bound Macadam Sub-base/ base Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80 -100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming stone screening/binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the reqd. density Grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. (A) By Manual Means (B)WBM Grading-III

Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 1.2-1.5 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.(i) With Bitumen emulsion- CCS-1h

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) Using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 to 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared non bituminous surfaces (cement concrete pavement) cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Dense Graded Bituminous Mecadam: Providing and laying dense graded Bituminous Mecadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing av output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 to 4.5% by weight to total mix and filler transporting the hot mix to worksit, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor controlled to the required grade, level, and alignment etc (a) with hydrated lime/ cement as filler, (A) with 60/70 or VG 30 grade bitumen (ii) For Grading II (19 mm nominal Size)

Bituminous conc. Providing and laying dense graded Bituminous Mecadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing av output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6% by weight to total mix and filler transporting the hot mix to worksit, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor controlled to the required grade, level, and alignment etc (a) with hydrated lime/ cement as filler, (A) with 60/70 or VG 30 grade bitumen (ii) For Grading II (13 mm nominal Size)

Construction of CC Drain as per Drawing and Technical Specification as directed by the Department
