Supplying and laying below the ground or floor, the following diameter ASTM nonthreaded UPVC sovent welded pipes as per ASTM D-1785 and fittings as per ASTM D-2466 and ASTM D-2467 (white or offwhite colour) of specified class, consisting the following items of work:- i) Supplying & fixing ASTM nontreaded UPVC sovent welded pipes as per ASTM D-1785 and fittings as per ASTM D-2466 and ASTM D-2467. ii) Laying and fixing the pipe and specials below the ground or floor to correct line, level and plumb for water supply line. iii) Testing the pipe line to a hydraulic pressure as per manufacturers cataglouge for leak proof joint or as per relavant code. iv) Making leak proof threaded / welded joints. including cutting the pipe, cleaning, marking, heating, welding, cooling etc. and the cost of jointing materials. v) Cutting or making hole or chases in RCC or brick work structure such as wall, column, beam, slab, chajja, dado etc. for passing the pipe line and reinstating all the damage to its original condition. vii) Providing and fixing UPVC weldable / threaded fittings such as Union, Nipples, Bendes, Elbows, Tees, Reducers, End caps, Couplers, Adaptors, Saddles, Plugs, Tank connectors, Expansion loops, Bypass bends, etc. NOTE: The rate shall also include for UPVC pipe line, specials & specials required for making connections with the existing/new HDPE/GI / PP-R / UPVC / HDPE pipe line laid by other agency. PIPE LINE: 'Providing, laying, jointing, fixing, testing and painting, MS galvanised pipes of following dia. confirming toIS1239-1979, Zenith/ Jindal or equivalent approved make including fittings like elbows, tees, unions, couplings, reducers, enlargers, bends etc. all other fittings required for completion confirming to IS 1239 & also asper the code of practice of water supply in buildings of IS-2065 including cutting the pipes to the required length, scaffolding, making holes on walls, roof & floors, chasing in walls, rood slabs & making good thesame to the original conditions aligning thepipes as required, including the cost of all jointing materisl like hemp yarn, white or red lead, Nail clamps, wooden gutties, screws, cement, sand etc. complete testingthe pipes with clean & potable water as per standard specifications including removing of existing pipes & transporting the same to the DCSEM or PH unit Stores all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and Fixing UPVC (white or offwhite colour) Ball valve with stainless steel / Brass ball of Approved make suitable for pipe pressure class with material and labour, making water proof joints, including cost of jointing material and UPVC specials if required & testing the joints, etc complete as per directions of engineer-in-charge.Note: 180 nos 1"valve will be provided to existing mechanical garden chambers including one reducer from 1"to 3/4" and 200mm peice of 3/4" upvc pipe.

Providing G.I. pipe nipples of 20 mm dia 100 mm long with UPVC brass adapters to be connected to existing 20/25mm dia. UPVC pipe etc complete as per directions of engineer-in-charge.

Construction of brick masonry valve chambers of dimensions 450mmx450mm for depth of 600mm comprising of 230 mm thick brick masonry in cement mortar 1:4 over a bed of 150 mm thick cement concrete of grade 1:2:4 for foundation with 150 mm offset all round, including racking out joints & plastering in cement mortar 1:3, 20 mm thick both on internal and external surfaces, internal surfaces finished smooth with a floating coat of neat cement, Fixing with Frame and cover of (FRP/GRP) all as per specifications and directions of the E.I.C. including dewatering the pit, if required till completion of the work all complete.

Cleaning of well: Cleaning of existing wells, in Anushaktinagar, including dewatering, removal of silt, boulders, dirt, derbies etc. using either buckets or pumps and disinfecting the water using chlorine, bleaching powder, etc. including tools and tackles required like ladder etc. to complete the work as per specifications and directions of Engineer in charge.And also including hiring charges for petrol/ diesel operated dewatering/ disludging pump upto 5 HP for dewatering/ disludging of wells for removal of water / silt / clay etc. at Anushaktinagar , New Mandala , and Western sector area (The charges including fuel cost & operating cost) Note: - 1. Proper safety majors should be taken from the agency as instructed by EIC and safety guide lines given by MCGM. Like during work wearing of safety belts, helmates, and safety shoes, etc. 2. Two separate entry and exit ways are to be made by the contractor for to work at bottom of well. 3. All safety related arrangements should be inspect by safety officer before start the work. 4. Make proper arrangements for disposing of water from each well as directed by EIC.

Cleaning of lift pits provided in buildings of approximate sizes given below including scrapping of walls & bottom of lifts with coir brushes, removing silt scaling, dirt, sewer water, debris & other delirious materials from the lifts, de-watering with pumps or manual as instructed by E-I-C and disposing off the same within a distance of 50Mtrs. on ground, cleaning with fresh water & bleaching powder @ lift pits bottom and sides at rate of 1 Kg/sq.m etc complete. & finally washing with fresh water as directed including making arrangements for ladder, buckets, rope, dewatering of lift pits, etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Size varying from 2.50x2.50x1.65m to 5.0x2.70x2.10 (approx.)

Removing of chock-up and arresting of leakages in different dia garden pipe lines including cutting, grinding, rejointing, changing of valves, etc. of lines as per EIC instructions.

Cleaning the site by cutting the bushes, trees branches, uproot in removal of jungle growth etc. including disposing off soils upto 50 M lead etc. complete all as directed by Engg-in-charge Note :-Handing over brushes to Cosmetic maintenance section at desire location in Anushaktinagar for disposal.

Demolishing plain cement concrete work by chiseling at all levels including disposing out of Anushaktinagar as per MCGM guide lines.& as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Cutting the existing asphalt macadam road for exposing, laying pipe lines, sewers, cables etc. up to & including random rubble soling & making good the same after satisfactory completion of work but excluding black topping, watering, ramming, all complete as directed & to the entire satisfation of EIC

Plain Cement concrete 1:2:4 using graded stone aggregate of 20mm maximum size including consolidating, finishing, curing, form work etc. as per standards specifications for anchoring, pipe supports etc. all as directed & to the entire satisfaction of EIC.

Shifting of HEAVY pipes ranging from 20 mm dia. to 80 mm dia GI,PVC,UPVC,C PVC, and fittings from DCSE,stores/ stores of various locations at Anushaktinagar & vice versa on hand cart or any mobile equipment & when called for as directed. Note :- 1. Measurment will be made for each pipe transported in RM length by hand cart or any mobile equipment.

Demolishing rubble mansory in cement mortar including scaffolding, stacking of serviceable materials & disposing out of Anushaktinagar as per MCGM guide lines.& as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Labour charges for making R.R masonry using stone available from item no .7 above in foundation & plinth, in storm water drains etc. in cement mortar 1:6 including raking out joint, pointing as per adjoining masonry, finishing, curing etc. complete

Labour charges only for laying 50 mm average thickness rough shahabad stones/paver blocks paying in footpaths over a bed of 150mm thick murrum to proper slope, including cutting the edges to proper lines & snk/flush pointing with cement mortar 1:3 finishing as per the original & adjacent foot path, curing, cutting of stones wherever required & transporting the stones to the site of work from DCSE stores/removed from site under relevant item etc. complete all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge

Labour charges only for laying 150/230/300mm dia. CI/stoneware/RCC Hume pipe wherever required to RM Proper slope, jncluding cutting the pipes & jointing with cement mortar 1:1 curing & transporting the pipes to site of work from DCSE stores etc. complete all as directed by EIC(CI/stoneware/RCC Hume pipes required for the work will be supplied by the department free of cost at Departmental stores/unit stores at Anushaktinagar

Lead charges by mechanical transport for lead not exceeding 3.0 Km. Including loading, unloading, stacking/levelling etc.Quantity under dumping of unwanted material , silt,stones etc removed from sewerlines and chambers, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

White CEMENT washing for ceiling and walls of rooms in two coats on old white washed surface with White cement of approved quality by adding blue, glue and colour in required quantity including scaffolding and scrapping the old painted surface wherever required, cleaning the surface with sand paper and fibre broom and filling the cracks, holes, with approved putty and making uneven surfaces even etc. complete as per specifications and including removing white washing splashing and dropping from floors doors windows etc also including covering the furniture with tarpaulins or eqivalent covering materials etc complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer -in-Charge.

Cement plastering using factory manufactured pre mix/ready mix mortar in CM 1:4 of 'Roofit Mix'of M/s Premier Floor to Roof Materials pvt.ltd/ 'Easy plast' of M/s Walplast Products pvt.ltd/ 'Readiplast' of M/s Ultratech Cement Ltd or other approved equivalent make, having minimum composition of C:S :: 1:4 using fully treated dry, well graded natural sand conforming to IS 383 suitable for external plastering, having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties, mechnical mixing with water in a metalic tray only to make good consistency as per the specification of the Manufacturer and applied on internal/external surfaces and ceiling finished smooth with neeru / neat cement punning over brick walls or concrete surfaces at all floors and levels, including curing , removing existing damaged/ worn out plastering and disposing off debris out side colony etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note :-Including providing water proofing compound @2% by weight and as directed by E-I-C.

a) 15 mm thick.

Providing and applying three coats of acrylic elastomeric water proof exterior coating of Raincoat of M/s. Dr.FIXIT or other approved equivalent make and shade over the sand face/form finished surfaces/rough cast plaster at all locations as required, thoroughly mixed and applied at an interval of 6-8 hours for each successive coats (total DFT-120 micron) and ensure consumption of 0.46 ltr/Sqm for 3 coats over sand face surface, including preparation of surface, cleaning and filling the cracks and crevices with Latex caulking crack filler etc. complete generally as per the manufacturer's specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: 1) The surface shall be cleaned with water jet with high pressure water pump spray of at least 100 kg/sq.m. and brushing/ rubbing with coir to remove all foreign materials etc. before painting work. 2) The entire treatment shall stand guarantee for water tightness from external treated surfaces and for bone dry conditions for a period of Five ( 5 ) years .The guarantee shall be given on the regular format of the Department under Conditions of Contract. 3) Lower consumption less than as mentioned will be recovered @ Rs. 450/ltr

a) Over sand faced plastered surfaces / RCC Jalli / RCC fins

Repainting of old painted surfaces with two coats of synthetic oil bound washable distemper of approved shade & make over one coat of approved comet primer, including preparing the surfaces, filling with putty wherever required scaffolding & cleaning etc. complete all as per specifications & as directed by EIC

Brick work using bricks as specified in foundation & plinth including curing, racking out joints above ground level & simultaneous pointing below ground level etc. complete all as per specification using cement mortar 1:6 & to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.
