Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5mtr in depth for foundation of pole and laying of UG cable and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding1.5 mtr wide and depth exceeding 1.5mtr but not exceeding 3.0 metre for foundation of pole and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm completed all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5M above the starting point completed all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Sub Class 'B' brick covering protection to the eletric cable laid dry flat transversally along the length of cable on sand cushioning with width equal to length of brick complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning to under ground cable 8 cm before laying the electric cable and 15 cm after laying the cable as specified in SSR 1991 of part -I complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping of pole, as in benching including weathering slightly chamferred angles and finished exposed surfaced even and smooth including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation & filling of pole, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for prestressed concrete pole, 9.0 metres long, 102mm x 172mm at top and 102mm x 279mm at bottom,class 10 complete all as specified and directed . Note :- Earth work and PCC work shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Supply and fix for aluminium conductor steel re-inforced (ACSR) including G.I binding wire for LT lines on concrete poles, stretching without kinks and bends, binding with binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Restretching of existing loose OH,LT ACSR conductor wire including GI wire along the span of poles for sagging within the permissible limit,(five/four/two wireline), including binding/rebinding/joining with Aluminium winding wire in case of breakge of condouctor, size of winding wire shall not be less than 2 sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : (i) No extra cost is admissible on the account of jointing in case the conductor breaks during stretching.

Material and labour for trimming /cutting tree branches with clear space upto 2 metre from the over head conductor all around for LT distribution system ,complete all as specified and directed. Note : contractor shall take electric shutdown befor start work from main station and start line after triming of tree and informed to the JE/Engineer-In-Charge

Supply and Fix for structural steel work as in cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections, including , nuts, bolts, washers, welding , bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one priming coat of red oxide, one under coat , one finishing coat of aluminium paint and epoxy coating, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix for Pin type poly carbonate Insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washerrs,and one galvanised iron nut, 100 mm height, 65 mm dia ,suitable for 1100 Volt complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix for shackle type, polycaronate Insulator incl one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers,and one galvanised iron nut, 100 mm height, 115 mm dia ,suitable for 1100 Volt complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair for Stay assembly complete with stay rod 20 mm accessories all as shown in Electrical plate No. 1 of SSR Part-I including galvanised steel wire stranded stay strand of size 7/4mm with loop type insulator stay clamps, (excavation and PCC work shall be measured and paid seperately) complete all as specified directed.

Material and labour for renewal of Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level. connecting to the Galvanised iron earth wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolls, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron and earth wire protected by provision of GI medium grade pipe 15mm bore including provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone agregates with 40mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforeed with XPM weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 40x40x6mm with lugs 02 Nos and handle of 6mm dia MS bar made to shape, GI light grade 20mm bore pipe for watering , perforated at bottom 1.75 metre long placed on top edge of earth plate. charcoal and common salt filled 150 mm thick all around the earth plate test point made out of 40x8mm FI galvanised with fixing arrangement, funnel wire mesh and earth work in any type of soil returing filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr all as per electical plate 3 of SSR-2009 Part-I and connecting to earth test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion.

Material and labour for Painting of steel tubular pole 9 metre long in position with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer after scraping the existing painted surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting of MS cross arms as existing site made out of angle iron /MS channe and clamp in position fixed to PCC/steel pole 9 metre long with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer after scraping existing painted surface. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair for MCCB,four pole, suitable for 440 Volts, 400 Amps, 50 C/S, 37 KA, ICS=100% ICU with fixed of thermal magnetic release, fixing to the existing panel board matching with the existing slots, including any alteration required and with extention links properly connected to the bus bar complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair for APFC relay 8 stage with single CT input CSPF-100-08 of make C&S and equivalent in make Make- L&T/ EPCOS/ Seimens) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair for replacement shunt capacitor 5.0 KVAR complete all as specified and directed . Make L&T/ C&S/ABB/Legrand/ Epcos/HPL

Supply and fix in repair for of GI strip of earthing and making proper earth testing point from pole ,panels and transformer of size(32x6mm) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Continuous earth wire/guard cradle horizontal/rectangular fabricated with 4mm dia galvanized mild steel, binding wire complete all as specified and directed .

Material and Labour for Three phase electronic energy meter with LCD display with silent feature accuracy long range integrated rating 40-200 amps with front transparent unbreakable glass protected by wire cage and cabinet complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Three phase electronic energy meter with LCD display with silent feature accuracy long range integrated rating 10-60amps with front transparent unbreakable glass protected by wire cage and cabinet complete all as specified and directed.
