Schedule 'A' Section - I

Excavation in trenches in hard dense soil n.exc 1.5 mtr wide & n.exc 1.5mtr in depth and n. exc. 10sqm on plan for laying pipe in trenches and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in trenches, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm in hard dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing hot finished seamless carbon steel pipe not less than YST-240, grade B as per ASTM A 106, Sch 40, nominal size NPS-100 mm, outer dia 114.30 mm, with nominal wall thickness 6.02 mm and weight 16.08 Kg/ mtr, including short pieces as required at site, laid in trenches/over RCC pillars/across or under bridges/along hill side (up or down)/culverts/inside valve pits complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. NOTE:- (i) Excavation Earth work, PCC, seamless pipe fittings, MS flanges alongwith flanged joints shall measured and paid for separately under relevant items. (ii) Any other fittings such as Tees/ bends shall be fabricated to suitable lengths as per site requirements shall measured and paid for separately under relevant items.

All as per ser item No. 4.00 here-in before but for bends/ Tees of suitable length including short pieces as required at site, laid in trenches/over RCC pillars/across or under bridges/along hill side (up or down)/culverts/inside valve pits complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply & Fixing in replacement of GI tubing medium grade, ISI Marked conforming to IS 1239, Part-I 2004, 80mm bore with and including all fittings such as bends , elbows,tees, short length, socket, union, check nuts, nipples etc. fixed and laid in trenches/floor/under culvert/road crossing etc including testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fixing in repairs gun metal gate valve 50 mm bore with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipes and fixed complete in existing location complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 11.00 here-in-before but for 25 mm bore pipe.

All as per item No 11.00 here-in-before but for 20 mm bore pipe.

Supply & Fixing of cast iron Rising Sluice valve PN1.6 as per IS-14846, body, dome, wedge-CI IS:210, rings-bronze IS:318, Spindal-SS IS:6603, Gland Packing greasy jute packing, fasteners-CS, Gasket- Natural rubber, nominal size DN-100 mm, both ends flanged in existing line, incl taking down old unsv complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply & Fixing of cast iron Rising Sluice of nominal size DN-80 mm here-in-after ditto all as per ser item No.16.00 above complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. NOTE for ser item Nos 16.00 & 17.00 :- (i) MS flanges of suitable size and class as that of sluice valve shall be provided on both sides of the sluice valve so as to match the holes completely and flanges to be welded to the existing pipe line all as directed. (ii) Joints and jointing materials, incl Nuts, bolts and washers of suitable size shall be provided and cost for the same deemed to be included in the quoted rate of the item itself.

Supply & Fixing, MS flange of ASA-100 standard suitable for 100 mm bore seamless pipes, comprising of size internal dia 120 mm, outer dia 230 mm and 20.00 mm thick flange having 8 holes drilled for and incl 8 Nos 15 mm dia ,75mm long Nut ,bolts, 2 nos washer incl 3 mm thick gasket of required size and shape complete for jointing with the pipes, duly welded with pipes/ fittings bends properly to both the plain ends complete all as specified and directed. Note : Cost for all jointing materials required for jointing inbetween two flanges shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate of item itself.

Material & labour for Construction of brick masonary pit of size (120x120x90) cms internal size with provision of MS Sheet cover upon the chamber of 3mm thick fitted on angle iron frame of size 40x40x6mm with suitable hinges welded, duly painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer incl providing locking arrangement with lock having 3 keys, lifting handle etc, with making all excavation / earth work, PCC in foundation, brick work , plaster including demolition of existing pit complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in-Charge.

Material & labour for Construction of brick masonary pit of size (90x90x90) cms here-in-after ditto all as per ser item No.19.00 above complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in-Charge.

Material & labour for Cutting Seamless carbon steel pipe/ GI pipes in position and reducing to required length for insertion of new tees, branches, mechanical joints etc, for size of pipe 80/100 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for anchorage blocks for pipe line/making good the cut portion of roads/paths/hard standings etc including necessary from work where required , to support the pipe line complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fixing in replacement Cast Iron single orifice Air release Valves flanged type, of size 50 mm dia bore and fixing up in CI/GI/MS water supply mains complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing in replacement Cast Iron single orifice Air release Valves flanged type, of size 20 mm dia bore and fixing up in CI/GI/MS water supply mains complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Cutting the existing bituminous road/ cement concete surface 150mm thick to the required width and depth for laying of pipes and making good the disturbed area to match with existing /PCC complete all as specified.

Amount of credit of Rs. 208054.34 for retrived old material as mentioned in Schedule 'A' section-II of tender document in pdf form, will be deducted offline while acceptence of tender.
