Supply & fixing Electro Zinc Galvanised Wiremesh cable Tray in accordance with standard BSEN12329-2000 with allmounting accessories. All trays should be 3000 mm long. Cable tray shall be manufactured from steel wires, welded together and ben into final shape prior to surface treatment. Steel Wire CableTray should be produced from lateral and longitud in al side wall steel wires, with minimum diameters between 3.9mm to5.9 mm for trays depending on the width s of the trays as per the design paramete. Trays should be constructed with a 50mm x 100mm mesh configuration.

Trays should be coupled together using fast spring coupler. The coupling will have the same surface finish as the tray. Loading and deflection characteristics of the tray should be tested and the results published in accordance with the European Standard IEC 61537. Fire test certification should be published in accordance with the E30/E90 standard. Supply & Installation of LED Sign Board

Supply & fixing of angle iron frame fabricated from 40mm x 25mm x 5 mm thick hollow rectangular bar with sufficient cross and radial support including MS angle iron frame (by 40 mm x 25 mm x 5 mm ) for holding the sign board and support from wall by 50 mm x 50 mmx 6 mm MS angle of 6 fts apart with necessary hooks. Back side shall be covered by S&F of 22 SWG GI sheet. The above structure should be painted with synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer. The above sign board to be fixed on wall or Parapet as per direction of EIC. [26 ft x 6 ft x 6 inch -- 1 Set ]

Supply & Installation of 4 mm thick polyvenile coated Aluminium Composite Panel board ( Aludecor / Alstone / Pratap Bond) of blue colour as the base for fixing raised letter duly fixed on the MS structure as per direction of EIC. The riser structre should be covered with ACP sheet incl. side portion on the board. [26 ft x 6 ft x 6 inch -- 1 Set ]

Supply & fixing of Superior Quality acrylic dimensinal letters on the pre- fabricated existing ACP board. The computerised processed letter in bold English fonts and milky white in colour shall be placed in horizontal line maintaing suitable space with Male & Female attachments for each letter and necessary interconnections as per direction of the EIC.The matter as follows and should be approved at the time of construction from the appropriate authority.

S&F of imported heavy duty 12V DC, 400 VA SMPS power supply (Make-approved by EIC) with properly rated isolation transformer in suitable enclosure to be fixed with the signage frame for driving total LED system of the signage in a distributed manner for uniform load sharing in view of long run continuous use including necessary interconnections.

Scaffolding arrangement for working at 30 ft. height outer wall on road-side building by bamboo, ropes and wooden planks etc. and shifting of scaffolding materials after completion of work.

Terms and condition

The Agency must procure the materials from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorised sales channel so that the standard warranty / support of the Manufacturer / OEM becomes applicable to the products to be delivered and installed by them.

Documents that authenticates such procurement from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized sales channel and standard warranty / support should be sent from the e-mail of the Manufacturer / OEM / authorized sales channel to the e-mail of Engineer-in-Charge and hard copy of it to be submitted during execution, of work/submission of bill. If any refurbished material is supplied and installed, penal action will be taken as per existing rules

Defect Liability period 1 (One) Year
