Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured tiles (450x300) x7mm thick in skirting/ dados etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour tiles over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM(1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair stainless steel kitchen Plate Rack of size 24''x36''x10'' complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair vitreous China squatting pan, ‘Orissa’ pattern, size 580 x 440 mm white, with integral foot rests and 'P' or 'S' trap (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) including provision of lime concrete bedding complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair Vitreous china wash down water closet pan, one piece EWC, including plastic water closet seat, white closed pattern with flat bottom, and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device suitable for pan complete all as specified and as directed. (Make :Cat no-A1014110(CERA) or equivalent).

Supply and fix in repairs vitreous china wash hand basin white flat back, size 630 x 400 mm including PTMT waste coupling 32mm dia (min wt 45 gm), chain, plug and porcelain stopper etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair brass chromium plated tubular towel rail , 20mm dia, D type, 600mm long between flange fixed with chromium plated brass screws complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix in repair soap dish, vitreous china white approximate size 160x160x90mm and fixed in position complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix in repair grating doom 100mm dia of SS (Minimum weight 25 gms) in repairs complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 35mm thick 2nd class hard wood factory made plain framed panelled door shutters, (single panel) without lock rail and panel of 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneered on both faces and rail and stiles as per IS 1003(Pt-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 35 mm thick, glazed/skeleton shutters with second class hard wood,open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc (without sash bars) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut mitred beads for securing glass, etc complete as specified and directed . Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall by Vacuum based sanding machine , applying wall care putty 1 mm thick (Multipurpose mixer shall be used for uniform and proper mixing of putty) and applying two coats of emulsion distemper white or coloured by Auto Roller complete all as specified and as directed as per manufacturers instruction.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment from old decorated plastered surfaces of wall by Vacuum based sanding machine, removal of nail etc & filling cracks/hole with putty,applying wall care putty 1mm thick (Multipurpose mixer shall be used for uniform and proper mixing of putty) and applying two coats of emulsion distemper white or coloured by Auto Roller including one coat primer complete all as specified and as directed as per manufacturers instruction.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks old size, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint on newly plastered surfaces of wall by spray machine after cleaning the surface by Vacuum based sanding machine, washing down etc having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Guarantee of smart periodical shall be 5(five) years from the date of completion of the work.

The door frame shall be fixed to the wall using 65/100 mm long MS screws through the frame by using PVC fastners . A minimum of 4 Nos of screws to be provided for each vertical member and minimum of 2 Nos of screws to be provided to horizontal member , prelam colour complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix factory made PVC Cup board shutter of 25 mm thick consisting of frame madeout of MS tubes of 19 gauge thicknessof size 15 mmX15 mm covered with 5 mm thick PVC 'C' channel of size 25 mm X 50 mm forming stiles , top and bottom rails . Panelling of 5 mm thick plain colour PVC sheet fitted in the MS frame welded / sealed to the stiles and rails with 25 mm wide X 5 mm thick PVC sheet beading on either side and joined togather with solvent cement adhesive . Material and labour for cleaning and removing all scale,dirt and fungus etc. from tanks and mouth of circulating pipes, with suitable cleaning chemical and brushing the wall and bottom of tanks, washing with clean water, writing letter i.e. "TANK CLEANED ON ......................(Date)" not exc. 100mm height with synthetic enamel paint for tanks of capacity 500 ltrs to 1000 ltrs complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting/Galvalume sheeting any gauge, thickness, including roof covering / wall etc for the building structures complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fix Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified & directed.
