S&F Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

S&F powder coated aluminium snap grid (Size of grid 605 x 605mm) frame work for false ceiling incl 2mm dia GI hanging wire. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 4mm thick non asbestos fibre ceiling boards (600x600)mm fixed or laid inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium frame work with screw in ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick works or concrete surfaces, finished the surfaces even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Fe-290 (Gde E-165) MS Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats, nut bolts, MS plate etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with subclass ‘B’ (old size bricks) bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification. Two or more coats on new work complete all as specified and directed.
