82723 REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT OF HT INSTALLATION INCLUDING SERVICING OF TRANSFORMERS, VCB AND RMU, HT CABLES, PANELS ETC UNDER GE (NAVY) CHENNAI

Repair/Maintenance of LT Panel board / APFC panel any type and size by cleaning and removing of carbon particles, replacement of burnt out busbar complete and tightening of all joints in bus bar, earthing etc and welding of broken doors including replacement of u/s nuts/bolts/washers and replacement of corroded glands, lugs/ thimbles and tightening them properly and testing including painting complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- Spare parts for LT / APFC panel will be measured and paid separately.as per requirment complete all as directed.

Repair/Maintenance of HT VCB’s including disassembling of operating mechanism parts, well cleaning with petrol CTC 226, replacing unserviceable parts and accessories like spring, gasket, coils, nuts, bolts and washers etc, oiling and greasing of moving parts, re-assembling, fine setting of mechanism, well cleaning and de-carbonizing of arc control pot, fixed and moving contact including checking testing, tripping check of HT VCB’s making perfect operational in manual and electric mode including maintenance and well cleaning the complete, replacing unserviceable parts and components etc and complete calibration and setting as per fault level of HT VCB’s relay11 KV with suitable instrument including T&P etc complete all as directed. Note:- Spare parts for VCB will be measured and paid separately as per requirement.

Repair/Maintenance of compact sub station of 630 Amps/21 KA 3 Sec non extensible ring main unit including Dry type transformer 315 KVA Copper Wounded and inbuilt LT panel, checking the servicbility of HT VCB and disassembling of operating mechanism parts, well cleaning with petrol CTC 226, replacing unserviceable parts and accessories like spring, gasket, coils, nuts, bolts and washers etc, oiling and greasing of moving parts, re-assembling, fine setting of mechanism, well cleaning and de-carbonizing of arc control pot, fixed and moving contact including checking testing, tripping check of HT VCB’s making perfect operational in manual and electric mode including maintenance and well cleaning the complete, replacing unserviceable parts and components etc complete all as directed. Note:- Spare parts for CSS/VCB will be measured and paid separately.
