Cement concrete of mix 1:4:8 (One part cement four part sand and eight part aggregates) using 40mm gauge hard broken including cost conveyance of all materials to site including labour charges, transporting and placing in position including shoring, strutting forming protective bunds, cofferdams bailing out of water labour for mixing compacting, finishing and curing, working at depths, tools and plants and incidental charges such as sheeting, shoring and bracing and their subsequent removal etc., complete as per standard specification.

Vibrated Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1½:3 (One cement one point five M Sand and three aggregates) mix using 20mm gauge hard granite broken stone jelly in all RCC works connected to the work excluding shuttering , Centering and cost of Reinforcement grills but including curing ,finishing etc complete with standard specification and as directed by Engineer incharge.

Brick work in Cement Mortar in 1:5 ( One cement and Five M Sand ) using best quality of Country bricks of size 8¾x 4 ¼ x 2 ¾ including all cost of materials and labour charges including Curing charges etc., complete as per Standard Specificationand as directed by department officials.

Supplying and fixing of M.S grill of approved design for doors, windows and ventilators using necessary mild steel flats for inner and outer memebers which should be fixed to window frames inclusive of priming coat of best approved quality red oxide primer etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Supply and Delivery Fabrication of MS doors and windows with outer frame and shutter frame in MS angle of size 40mm x 40mm x 6 mm with MS flat 25mm x 25mm x 6mm and MS sheet of 18 gauge including ventilating arrangements using 20mm square MS rods with locking arrangements including two coats of approved enamel paint over coat of red oxide including cost of angles, plates, sheets, fabrication charges, cost of hold fast and transportation charges etc., complete.

Plastering walls with cement mortar 1:5 (One cement five M Sand) 12mm thick in all floors and all exposed surfaces including cost and conveyance of materials to site and all labour charges,Curing etc complete as per standard specification.

Plastering walls with cement mortar 1:3 (One cement three M Sand) 20mm thick in all floors and all exposed surfaces including cost and conveyance of materials to site and all labour charges,Curing etc complete as per standard specification.

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris, putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting Two Coats on new Iron works with best synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and quality – 10m2.

Provision for pipe connection arrangements for inlet, outlet, scour and overflow etc., including cost of pipes, specials valve, labour charges for lifting aligning, cutting, threading, fixing and painting of GI pipes with two coats of approved quality enamel paint etc complete.

Providing and fixing of RCC inner access ladder in RCC 1:1.5:3 using 20mm HBG stone for O.H.T including cost of Reinforecement placing grill in the possition centering and shuttering charges mixing concrete curing etc to required height clear width of 45 cm consisting of 2nos vertical post of 10 x 15cm and step slab of 25 x 25mm etc completely and as directed by Town panchayat Engineers.

Fabrication, supply, delivery and fixing of outside MS Ladder of 45cm clear wide made out of 50 mm x 50mm x 6mm MS angle for both sides and for steps at 30cm C/C welded jointed etc ., for I staging from GL to 1st level brace (weight 4.5kg/m) IInd and IIIrd staging upto floor slab and IVth staging from floor slab to roof top. Supply, delivery and fixing of 32 mm GI pipes medium for hand rails from I stage to IVth stage. RCC M30 Grade mix for Landing slab 5 nos. at Ground Level- 1No. and above Ground Level - 4Nos. Supply and fixing of 32mm GI pipe medium for hand rails for the Landing slab. Supplying and fixing of MS Base plate of 100mm X 100mm X 6mm thick for fixing Anchore fastener bolt for fixing of hand rails at Landing slab and MS Ladder providing locking arrangements with two coats of approved enamel paint over one coat of red oxide paint as per approved Type Design and as directed by TWAD board officers.
