M & L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surface finished even & smooth without using extra cement

M&L distempering walls with two coats of distemper oil emulsion, white or tinted including preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall preparatory to distempering, applying 1mm thick acrylic wall care putty on wall, piming plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint

M & L for 15 mm thick (10+5) rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surface in two layers i.e first layer 10 mm thick and 5 mm thick outer layer mixed with WPC as per manufacturer instruction and finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed Note - WPC shall be measured and paid separately
