PROVN OF YELLOW METALLIC BOARD WITH HOOKS AT CERTAIN LOCATIONS TILE FLOORING DWARF WALL AND ALLIED WORK IN FRONT OF STN HQ

M & L for pre cast cement concrete block masonry type C1 1:3:6 (20 mm graded agrregate) solid blocks exc 10cm in width having minimum compressive strength of 50 kg/sq cm as per IS 2185 (Part I) 2005 and set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified

Taking down cement plaster including racking out joint hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 for wall finished even & smooth without using extra cement.

Dismantling wall hearth tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing unserviceable material as directed.

M & L for white/coloured Non skid coloured tiles superior finish grade B-1 quality 7 to 8 mm thick(square/ rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exc 0.16 sqm in floor with rectified edges ( joint free) etc set and jointed in neat cement slury over cement screed 15 mm thick 1:6 to match existing shade of tiles as directed by engr in charge.

Drilling holes for bolts, pipes, etc. exc 25mm but not exc 60mm dia on granite/trap stone slabs, concrete/ block masonry surfaces on floors/ ceilings/ walls

M & L Forming holes, n exc. 50 cu cm for balusters, railings, newels, rag-bolts, etc. and grouting mixed with cement mortar 1:2 with necessary anchor chemical after bolts,balusters/ railings, etc. are fixed as specified by Engr in charge

Supply and fix in repairs, plain cold rolled (CR) sheet of thickness 16 gauge (1.60mm) in wall cladding, steel gates and similar works, cut to size edges beaded if directed, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to steel members etc with plain 40 mm lap joints or welded / riveted seams including bending, turning up, mitred angles, stopped ends, outlets etc as required.

Round bars 10mm dia and over, cut length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooks to be welded with steel members complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for two coats of synthetic enemal paint over a coat of red oxide on new steel surface including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Method of painting -spraying/ brushing all as specified by Engr in charge)
