M & L for Coloured glazed ceramic coloured tiles 600 mm x 300 mm x 8 to 10mm thick on vertical surfaces of walls as in dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 10 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick /concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and fair to recive tiles as in skirting/dado etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge

Demolition of cement Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal of material above up to distance 5 KM and above

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as specified and as directed

S & F tubuler steel trusses Heavy vertical post etc including special confirming to IS- 1161- complete including necessary welding ,nuts and bolts all as specified and directed.

M&L Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc.Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250) quality-

M&L for PCC Type B-1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) , cement concrete in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for filling roof sheet gap between wall and roof sheet with brick coba /PCC 1:3:6 using 20mm graded aggregate up to D/S building with all arrangement of scafolding including making good with plaster and two coat of existing finish work as all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour 40mm plain Cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm aggregate) in two layer (each 20mm), PCC padding or leveling course including chicken wire mesh of size 0.91mm provided between the layer of PCC and even and smooth without using extra cement with false groov of 450X450 mm as in roof including complete including demolition of existing PCC padding and removal of demolished materialout side MD land all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in charge.

M&l for GI chicken wire mesh any size and dia laid and fixed with tinny track in between 40mm thick PCC padding junction of column/beams % wall etc whwerver required complete all as specified and as directed

Virified Ceramic tiles light shade Double charged/ ultracharged 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm, in floors /skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed CM (1:4 ) 20mm thick all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of old or previously painted steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint,any colour complete all as specified.

M&L for disconnection of PVC water storage tank at roof/staging, getting aside for cleaning, lowering and hoisting, if required, cleaning and removing all scales and dirt etc from PVC tanks of capacity exc 250 ltr but n exc 500 litre and from mouth of circulating pipes etc and washing with adequate qty of bleaching powder solution including removing of all vegetation in surrounding of the tanks and writing letters or figures (block Roman/Italik or Indian) not exceeding 30cm to write as cleaned on XX-XX-XX on each tank and writing stops,comma,short lines,dashes, hyphens,brackets complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge

All as above Item No. 122 but exc 500 Litre but n exc 1000 litre complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge

S&F 3 mm thick plain/pin headed sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or wooden beads /Aluminium section in squares not exceeding 0.50 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

S&F 4.8 mm thick plain/pin headed sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or wooden beads /Aluminium section in squares exceeding 0.50 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repairs high pressure PVC ball valves with high density polythene float & fly nut,epoxy coated Aluminium rod complete screwed with necessary fittings for iron pipe of 25mm dia/bore (min. weight 25mm-455 gms)
