Dismantaling of unsv LT cables of size 6 to 35 sqmm 2/3.5/4 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Lay cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables(heavy duty) 1100V grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 6 Sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 2 above but of size 10 Sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 2 above but of size 16 Sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 2 above but of size 25 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 2 above but of size 35 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for relaying of XLPE LT UG cable 6 to 35 sqmm 4 core retrived from item No 1 above, including cleaning cables and passing through HDPE DWC protection pipe before laying the cable inside the trench complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of HDPE Double wall corrugated (DWC) electric pipes of size 40/30 mm dia 6 mtrs each manufactured using HDPE polymer having a smooth internal surface & currugated external surface having with greater stiffness withstand soil movement & take higher loads (static & dynamic) including connecting rings made of HDPE DWC suitable for 40/30 mm pipes, to pass through 6 to 16 sqmm LT complete all as specified and directed. Make - SFMC/ KPT/ Prince pipes

All as per item No. 8 above but of size 50/ 38 for 25 & 35 sqmm LT cable complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling steel poles struts, and supply & erection of 9.00 mtrs high galvanized octagonal pole with bottom 155 mm A/F, top 70mm A/F made up of 3mm thick HT plate along with 250mm x 250mm x 16mm base plate and foundation bolts 04 Nos of M24 X 750 long 'J' type EN 8 grade foundationbolts along with template, galvanised uniformally inside and outside by means of hot dip mothed, steel material grade must be as per BS-EN10025/IS 2026 and having silicon content not more than 0.6% complete all as specified and directed. Make - Bajaj Cat No BOP-9030 or equivalant Note ;- Conditions for octagonal poles & its manufacturing (a) Manufacturer must have hot dip galvanisation facility in their plant with minimum 13 mtrs long galvanizing tank. (b) Raw material (steel) grade must be as per BS-En10025/IS 2062 and having silicon content not more than 0.6% & bidder has to submit raw material test certificate from OEM. (c) Manufacturer must have CNC controlled plasma sheet cutting and bending machine & fully automated submerged arc welding machine at OEM for perfect single longitudinal weiding of shaft. (d) Should be of make in india & have to submit registration certificate. (e) Pole manufacturer must have organised factory with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certified. (f) Structural calculation of pole must be as per IS -875 Part-III
