Demolishing cement concrete padding in roof (unreinforced) including removel of existing roof treatment of any descreption and in any position roof not otherwise specially provided for and including removing bedries to a distance exc 5KM but not exc 15 Km outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for cement concrete type B0, 1:2:4 mix ( usisng 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) in padding concrete over roof slab, 30mm to 40mm average thickness up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 over on fair faces of brick work or roof concrete surfaces finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed (WPC will be paid seperatly under relevant items).

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound (200 ml of LWP C with every 50 kg bag of cement) complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and applying HS TPO Membrane of 1.2mm thick over the layer of 200 gsm Geo-Textile with overlap joints of 75 mm in both longitudinal and transverse directions of the TPO and sealed properly with hot air welding and terminate TPO at the top of parapet wall with terminatin strip and fix it by screw at 300 mm c/c and sealed with HS Jointseal PU on top including surface preparation like remove all loose gravels, dirt, oil, grease and other foreign particles by jet or dry air and clean the surface mechanically or by grinding to make it smooth before application and PCC / cementitious coving of 75 mm radius shall be provided at all junctions between vertical and horizontal faces before application of TPO compound complete all as specified and directed.

Demolishing brick work built in cement mortar manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as complete all as specified and directed

Materials and labour for up to floor five level precast cement concrete solid block masonry , 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement: 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) including hoisting and setting in position with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), cost of required for centering, shuttering complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for 15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand), finishing complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for 15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand), finishing the surfaces even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
