Total No. of Booths required i) Octonum stall 3m x 3m - 20 Nos. ii) A Big Stall for display of CCRI & CICT Products with rack type platform for display of Products-About 50 Sq. mtrs. iii) Live demo space for Coir Handicrafts about 20 sq.mtr. iv) Pagoda/Canopy 16 x 16 v) Pagoda/Canopy 15 x 15 (VIP Room Office)-2 with accessories of International Standards. Each 20 Booth should be provided with one table, two chairs, two tube lights, minimum two spot lights, and one 5 / 10amp. Power plug with three phase connection, two potted plants, one wastepaper basket and front fascia with signage with logo of the occupying entrepreneur. (OctonumSystem) The successful Bidder has to furnish Entire Coir Board Pavilion with Carpet (and Coir matting if provided by Coir Board). Dome 64 x 150 (Cultural programme/ Seminar Hall) Round Table with 200 Person Sitting arrangements. Platform in VIP Room 400 sq. ft. Pole Wall Height 10ft x Length 200 ft. Big Entry Gate/Exit gate – 2 New Carpet covering the entire area. Sofa – 10 Centre Table- 8 Chairs – 100 Table with cover – 25 Stage 24 x 32 with 11 person sitting – 1 Podium + Stair Cloth Wall Light in stalls, pagoda, passage and outer light decoration, Provision for Toilets spate for Gents and Ladies

Vi -VIP lounge– 15 ft x 20 ft. It should be furnished with high standard interior decors with accessories of International Standards. Beautiful curtain should be provided for the door. The VIP lounge should also be provided with Luxury Sofa set, teapoy, waste paper basket and cushion chairs. Designing and Construction of a reception area/ VIP lounge where novel ideas of receiving visitors can be suggested with flower arrangements, visual graphics and structures with visual appeal. 5- Pantry- 20 Sq. Mtrs. Pantry arrangements should be provided. Facilities for Coffee/ Tea wending machine and storage area for snacks may also be provided in the pantry. (As per layout and plan annexed). NB: 1. Racks/ stands for display at 2 levels for each booth. 2. Appropriate passage and lighting for the entire area, attractive plants/pots/flowers should be provided at his cost.

Open space levelling ground approx. 15,000 sq. ft

Arrangements for inauguration by lighting the ceremonial lamp, ribbon cutting etc. to be made.

Bouquet/ Garlands for presenting to the VVIPs and VOPs and flower arrangements at the pavilion should be arranged as per the requirements. Tea/Coffee/Soft Drinks and snacks may be served to VIP/VVIPs, as and when required.

Photographs of the events like inauguration, visit by VIPs/ Foreign Buyers etc.

Supply of sufficient Drinking (Mineral) Water at the pavilion.

Sweeping inside of the exhibition hall, seminar hall & passage etc. as and when required.

Safety and Insurance- Agency to insure all their constructions, fittings, furniture etc. Round the clock security (along with C.C. T.V. coverage) may be ensured for the structure and products. Coir Board would not be responsible for any loss.

Cultural programme for four days on activities and children’s programmes for 4 days, (three prizes of each programme ie 1st prize 3,000, 2nd Prize 2,000/- and 3rd prize 1,000/- Two Judges 2,000/- for each judge Press conference dinner and its arrangements along with return gifts for reporters, invitation card, mementos, certificate,

marketing girls for 4 days, 2 bikers for 10days,3 boys to manage at Exhibition ground work for 10 days, medical camp to check temperature, police permission, Administration permission, etc

Transportation charges of hiring car for VIP/VVIPS

Arrangement for food for artisans about 300 persons for four days along with Morning and evening tea with One samosa

Taxes, if any GST @ 18% on Rs
