Repair of existing toe wall, MS Railing and Footpath and Construction of toe wall with railing at missing portion at open land in Gobindpura Manimajra

Taking out existing kerb stones/Channel of all types from footpath/ central verge, including removal of mortar etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of existing cement concrete paver blocks/PCC Tiles and stacking the serviceable paver blocks/PCC tiles properly at site and disposal of the unserviceable paver blocks/PCC tiles average lead of 2km including -re-handling. The rate also includes cost of cleaning of mortar over Cement concrete surface 1:8:16 complete in all respect to the entire satifaction of the Engineer-in-charge,

Dismantling of existing M.S. flat railig on brick masonary toe wall or on ground and removing of CC 1:2;4 block of size 1'-0"x0'-9"x1'-0" complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation by Mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and remming of bottoms,lift upto 1.5 m,including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within lead of 50m. All kinds of soil (DSR 2.8.1-2.36)

Carriage of earth by mechanical transport including loading, unloading Lead of 5 km complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III): 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) DSR 4.1.10

Laying at or near ground level factory made old kerb stone of size 2'x9'x4"made of plain cement concrete 1:2:4, in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured to calculate volume for payment).

Laying at or near ground level factory made old channel of size 2'x1'x3"made of plain cement concrete 1:2:4, in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished channel edging shall be measured to calculate volume for payment).
