Demolition of brick/stone masonry built in cement or cement lime mortar in any description complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brickwork with fly ash bricks, old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for old size brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for stone walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded & solidly hearted, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (above or below ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection surface finished fair and even complete all as specified. Note :- Plinth protection shall be of width as directed and shall be laid to slope of 1:30 in alternative bays not exceeding 3 meter in length. Joints of 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with bitumen mastic (1:3).

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring/Hard standing, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in coping including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster from stone / brick wall, ceiling including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:6) on stone masonry surfaces wall finished even and smooth without using extra cement or surface other than fair face of brick-work or on one side of lathing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:3) on ceiling surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 5mm thick in CM (1:3) on ceiling surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) on brick/concrete surface mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement & surface fair and even complete all as specified & directed. NOTE :- WPC will be measured and paid separately

M & L for 15 mm thick rough cast plaster mix with crusted stone (6-10 mm), sand and cement in the ratio 1:1:1 , over 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 as in under coat including dubbing coat (if required) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound ISI Marked complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of putty 1 mm thick complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for prepartion of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plaster surfaces of wall & applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Providing & Fixing false ceiling with Fibre Cement Designer tile Ivory painted (High Pressure Steam Cured) of 4mm thickness (as per IS:14862) of size 595x595 mm and any one of the design (oceanic, lake & hill, cascade or electra) in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections (galvanized @ 120 gms, both side inclusive) consisting of main "T" runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and 15x32 mm made from 0.30 mm thick sheet, spaced at 1200 mm c/c and cross "T" of size 15x32 mm made of 0.30 mm sheet, 1200mm long spaced between main "T" at 600 mm c/c to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross "T" of length 600 mm and size15x32 mm made of 0.30 mm thick sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600 mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 15x20 mm made of 0.30 mm thick sheet and laying false ceiling tiles in the grid including , required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main "T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI soffit cleats fixed to existing RCC lintel with dash fasteners, GI adjustable rods of 3mm dia with galvanised Butterfly level clips, spaced at 1200 mm c/c along main T, bottom exposed width of 15mm of all T -sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint, and having a load bearing capacity of 12 kg/sqm,including dismantling of old boards/ ceiling etc complete at all heights as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour for cutting holes into or through stone walls built in cement mortar and walls of cement concrete and making good in cement concrete 1:2:4, Type B-1 as required for exceeding one brick wall and not exceeding two brick wall complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

S & F rolled mild steel as in angle setion, fixed independently with or without connecting plates or welding with existing steel or iron surfaces etc and similar work confirming to Gde E-165 (Fe 290) including necessary cutting, welding etc and fixing in position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st grade) over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified.

Hacking out old broken glass height upto 9.5m (any thickness, size quality or description) from metal frame including punching or drilling out old glazing, pins, spring clips & providing & fixing new ones and S&F 3.00 mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality & glazing with oil putty not exc 0.50 Sqm each pane complete all as spd & directed.

Hacking out old broken glass height upto 9.5m (any thickness, size quality or description) from metal frame including punching or drilling out old glazing, pins, spring clips & providing & fixing new ones and S&F 3.00 mm thick frosted glass panes, ordinary quality & glazing with oil putty not exc 0.50 Sqm each pane complete all as spd & directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs & tiles of any description or thickness in floors , aprons etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18-20 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platform and like set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including rounding the exposed edges laid over & including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs sheet glass assembly consisting of 5.5mm thick sheet glass self 12cm wide with chromium plated bracet guard and railing 60cm long complete complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiles including cement mortar and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for non-skid ceramic coloured tiles (joint free), 7 to 8 mm thick ( square/rectangular), area of each tile exc 0.18 sqm but not exc 0.38 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigments to match the shade of tile laid over and including screed bed 15 mm thick in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Sl item No. 31.00 here in before but on vertical surfaces of stone wall such as dados, skirting etc set & jointed in neat slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigments to match the shade of tile over & including 10 mm thick screed plaster in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for chequered cement concrete tiles of size 25cm x 25cm x 22-25mm thick with grey cement and pigments as in floor set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry laid over and including 15mm thick cement screed base in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab flooring of size 550mm x 550mm 18-20mm thick laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing laid over & including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Kota stone slab 18-20mm thick laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing & mirror polishing in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over & including cement screed 10mm thick in CM (1:4) complete all as specified & directed.

Only on old surfaces mirror polishing on marble/granite/kota stone where ever required to give high gloss finish complete all as specified & directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connection 15mm bore keeping aside for reuse or removing to store complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix mild steel water tubing 15 mm dia galvanised medium grade including all fittings (such as bends, tees, short pieces connectors, elbows, reducers, unions, sockets etc) and fixed to walls/ceilings/ laid on floors/trenches including testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connection 20mm bore keeping aside for reuse or removing to store complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix mild steel water tubing 20 mm dia galvanised medium grade including all fittings (such as bends, tees, short pieces connectors, elbows, reducers, unions, sockets etc) and fixed to walls/ceilings/ laid on floors/trenches including testing complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs grating square/round 125mm size of PTMT with centre hole movable or side hole for fix to waste pipe (minimum weight 50 gms) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair bib taps ISI marked, cast copper alloy, chromium plated, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed for 15 mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair PVC(SWR) floor trap with grating 75 mm dia, plain with grating including jointing with solvent cement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable water closet (squatt pattern) and S & F Vitreous China, Squatting pan Orissa pattern size 580X440mm, white with integral foot rests (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe ) with chinaware ‘P’ or ‘S’ trap, front or back inlet including connection to trap and to flushing pipe, anti syphonage pipe and making good the floor to match the existing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable water closet and S & F Vitreous China wash down closet pan (pedestal pattern), white, including plastic cover white closed pattern whith flat bottom and mild steel chromium plated / PVC hinge device including connections to drain (or outgoing pipe) and to flushing pipe, anti syphonage pipe etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair plastic water closet seat cover any colour closed pattern with flat bottom and cover with mild steel chromium plated hinging device etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair PVC valve less, syphonic action type flushing cistern, ISI marked, 10 litre capacity, low level, white/ivory colour, with inlet, ball valve, float, handle fixed with PVC rawl plug of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in reapir Door closer hydraulically regulated, designation No. 3, universal type, Aluminium extruded section body, suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000 mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80 kg and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of AC (corrugated, semicorrugated etc.) sheets of any thickness in roof coverings and manglore pattern roofing tiles with ceiling tiles complete all as specified and directed.

S & F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws fixed with L & J hooks and washers, in roofs, walls etc with grade of zink coating 275 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet, 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall and applying one coats of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed

S & F in repair mortice aluminium 2 lever lock, vertical type, size 100mm ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 12mm thick toughened glass for door of any size and side portions of toughened glass fixed to wall/dloor, joints sealed with clear silicon silicate get to make water tight, incl necessary cleats edges with diamond cut including taper drilling to flush the screws/all fittings as required, floor hinges, patch fitting top, bottom and sides, lock and handles, including fixing of floor spring/floor machine spider joint etc, all as specified, required at site by manufacturer instruction ans as directed by Engr-in-charge.
