Bidder to quote a flat % (Above, AT PAR or Below) in Row No. 15. 4. Rates are inclusive of all levies and taxes excluding GST. 5. In case of any difference in Item description/ Quantity/ Unit in BOQ, Item Description/ Quantity/ Unit indicated in the tender document shall prevail. 6. Calculation of landed price shall be done by adding the quoted price with the applicable GST as agreed by the bidder in Annexure 8.
