Spray painting of the 40 MVAr capacitor bank including its accessary and 1.5 meter long net fencing with green colour after cleaning of rusted, dusted with wire brush/emery paper and old cloth than painting of the same with one coat of red oxide primer two coat of smoke grey synthetic enamel paint. (equipment should be painted except porcelain insulator).

A) Capacitor bank including accessary (Cap. Bank cell 144 nos., current limiting series reactor 12 nos., NCT 02 nos.)

B) Cage fencing of 1.5-meter height fencing surrounding of capacitor bank unit.

Spray painting of the earth strip of different size by green colour after cleaning of rust and dust with wire brush/Emery paper and old cloth than painting of the same with one coated of red oxide primer and two coat bus green colour synthetic enamel paint.

A) Earthing strip of equipment of 75x10mm size with bus green paint.

Spray painting of the mulsifire hydrant box & fire stand bucket by red colour after cleaning of rust and dust with wire brush/Emery paper and old cloth than painting of the same with one coated of red oxide primer and two coat PO red colour synthetic enamel paint.

A) Mulsifire hydrant box of size 750x600x250mm

B) Fire stand bucket with 04 nos. bucket. Structure and canopy- P.O. Red colour Bucket (in side)- White colour Bucket (our side)- P.O. Red colour Out line marking- Blue Renaming & writing on stand and bucket as below- Words-Fire- in white on bucket. S/S address in large white letter on stand canopy, emergency phone number of both side at stand.
