Schedule 'A' Section - I

Excavation in trenches hard/dence not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth (for taking up or laying of pipes/cables) and getting out and forming bottom surface to gradient complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated surplus soils to a distance n.exc 50 mm and deposited at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Laying steel water tubing galvanised 100 mm bore medium grade pipe in trenches/under roads/floors etc with all fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 4.00 herein before but size of pipe 80 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only GI pipe fittings such as GI bends of any angle made out of GI Pipe medium grade nominal bore 100 mm pipe of suitable wall thickness complete all as specified and directed. Note:- excavation, earthwork, MS flanges and flange joints shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant items.

Supply only GI pipe fittings such as GI bends of any angle made out of GI Pipe medium grade nominal bore 80 mm pipe of suitable wall thickness complete all as specified and directed. Note:- excavation, earthwork, MS flanges and flange joints shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant items.

Supply only MS flange for 100 mm bore pipes, of size internal dia 120 mm ,outer dia 230 mm outer and 20 mm thick and having 8 holes drilled for and incl 8 Nos 15 mm dia ,75mm long Nut ,bolts, 2 nos washer incl 3 mm thick gasket of required size and shape complete for jointing with the pipes, duly welded with pipes/fittings bends properly to both the plain ends complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for flanged joint by means of welding etc for 100 mm bore pipes including compressed asbestos fiber gasket 3 mm thick and 8 Nos nuts, bolts of size 19.05 mm dia and 100 mm length with 2 Nos washers 3 mm thick to joint pipes/fittings/bends etc complete all as specified.( Note :- Cost of welding the flange with GI pipe included in the quoted rate)

Supply only MS flange for 80 mm bore pipes, of size internal dia 90 mm ,outer dia 20 mm outer and 20 mm thick and having 6 holes drilled for and incl 6 Nos 15 mm dia ,75mm long Nut ,bolts, 2 nos washer incl 3 mm thick gasket of required size and shape complete for jointing with the existing pipes, duly welded with pipes/fittings bends properly to both the plain ends complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for flanged joint by means of welding etcfor 80 mm bore pipes including compressed asbestos fiber gasket 3 mm thick and 6 Nos nuts, bolts of size 15 mm dia and 75 mm length with 2 Nos washers 3 mm thick to joint pipes/fittings/bends etc complete all as specified. ( Note :- Cost of welding the flange with GI pipe included in the quoted rate).

M&L steel water tubing galvanised 50 mm bore medium grade in trenches/under roads/floors etc with bend , union , flang and all fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 12 herein before but size of pipe 40 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 12 herein before but size of pipe 20 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

S&F CI sluice valve for 100mm bore pipe with flanged ends PN-1.6 ISI marked including joints and jointing materials viz gasket, nuts, bolts and washers fixed as repairs complete all as specified.

Supply and fix gun metal gate valve 50 mm bore with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipes and fixed complete in existing location complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 18 here-in-before but for 40 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.
