Supply & fix in repair sluice valve 100mm size both ends flanged with high tensile brass spindle cast iron body including all joints with rubber or fibre board, nuts, bolts, washers etc complete all as specified and directed. Make : Kirloskar/ Leader/ L&T(Andco) ISI Mark.

Supply & fix in repair foot valve ball type of pressure rating 10/ 15Kg/Sqcm (MODEL B-5) of (ISI marked) in position at location including M&L for making flanged joints and repair and making good to existing PCC surface make NORMEX (ISI Mark) or equivalent of size 100 mm dia.

All as per item No 17 but 150 mm dia.

Dismantling of pump and motor 75 HP/55 KW, overhaluing complete after through cleaning all parts of motor by kerosene oil including material and labour for replacement worn out parts CI implellers, CI bush/bearing, MS coupling with rubber tyre/ star type CI neck ring CI center stage ring, ball bearing DE & NDE, stud nut, bolt, washer & body packing gasket of pump with necessary welding machine/ grinding work if required for repair of shaft/ pump body, varnishing to the motor winding & re-assembling pump on base frame with proper alignment with motor including fixing in position, connecting up electrical and pipe line connection, testing and commisssioning of pump set for satisfactory operation on its full load complete all as specified and directed.
