Complete cleaning and assisting the periodical preventive maintenance testing like daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly etc for LT breakers panels & LT Modules panels in USS I, SSS I, N/E I, USS II, SSS II, N/E II, USS III, SSS III, N/E III, DG set of unit I, II & III and all other electrical equipments available at LT bus of Unit I, II & III and recording of results as per ISO Procedures

Charges for cleaning the floor with floor cleaner / water at 6.6 kV control room floors in Unit I,II & III for total area of 1500 Sq.m

Complete cleaning and assisting the periodical preventive maintenance testing like daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly etc for HT breakers in 6.6 kV HT Switch Gear 1A, 1B, 2A, 2B, 3A, 3B, C1 & C2 and all other electrical equipments available in entire HT Switch Gear Area and recording of results as per ISO Procedures.

Servicing of ABB make 6.6 kV, SF6 Breakers in HT bus of Unit I, II & III which involves Dismantling the mechanism, spring charging motor, limit switches and the wheels from the breaker truck. Complete servicing all dismantled parts (ie) cleaning for removing coal dust deposition and then lubricating the mechanism parts, servicing the spring charge motor, limit switches wheels etc., Assembling all the serviced parts in the breaker truck alignment carried out and check the operating condition to satisfactory level.

Charges for cleaning the control room floor, inside and outside floor area, carrier communication room, battery room and cable gallery at 230kV indoor switch yard I in Unit I, II & III covering total area of 9250sq.m twice in a month.

Opening of all earth pit in Transformer Yard, Switchyard-I Indoor/Outdoor, cleaning the earth electrode & pit, checking the joints and earthing rod if necessary, Closing the cover after completion of work.

Cleaning of the floor with floor cleaner / water at Unit-I, II & III Battery room and Charger Room area for total area of 1500 Sq.m

Assisting for daily cleaning and checking of all Generator Transformers, Transformer yard, checking transformer temperature, Silica gel checking / replacing for 150 shifts in Unit I.

Assisting for daily cleaning and checking of UST & SST transformers, UAT A&B transformers, Transformer yard, cleaning the NGR of UST & SST, cleaning the NGR & NGT of UAT's, Silica gel checking / replacing for 150 shifts in Unit I.

Assisting for daily cleaning and checking of all Generator Transformers, Transformer yard, checking transformer temperature, Silica gel checking / replacing for 150 shifts in Unit II.

Assisting for daily cleaning and checking of UST & SST transformers, UAT A&B transformers, Transformer yard, cleaning the NGR of UST & SST, cleaning the NGR & NGT of UAT's, Silica gel checking / replacing for 150 shifts in Unit II.

Assisting for daily cleaning and checking of all Generator Transformers, Transformer yard, checking transformer temperature, Silica gel checking / replacing for 150 shifts in Unit III.

Assisting for daily cleaning and checking of UST & SST transformers, UAT A&B transformers, Transformer yard, cleaning the NGR of UST & SST, cleaning the NGR & NGT of UAT's, Silica gel checking / replacing for 150 shifts in Unit III.

Charges for cleaning of inside and outside of Hydrogen plant I & II with floor cleaner / water for total area of 1500 Sq.m
