Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (CMC) for 26 Passenger (G+2) OTIS make lift installed at Burn Centre Govt. SMHS Hospital, Srinagar. The job includes free replacement/repairs of lift components such as rollers, belts, bearing. Soleniod coils, brake shoes, liners, contactors, relays, push buttons, indicators, controller chocks, magnets, magnetic switches, door operator motor, door operator VVVF drive, car door safty device, limit switchs, governor, interlocks on hoistway doors and other electro mechanical parts which is part of the lift but not mentioned. The job includes servicing of lifts by way of P/F of door shoes in place of damaged door shoes. The job also includes removing of all landing doors from the frame assembly and reinstalling them. The job further includes providing of consumable items required for carrying out of such job. The job also includes topping up required rating oil in the gear box. The job also includes replacement of damaged tube light/ LED lamps of the car cabin desides replacement of all damaged push button of COP/LOP. the job further includes complete cleaning of the machine room, disposing of dust from the premisis of the office, checking and repairing the exhaust fan installed in the machine room besides replacing bulb, damaged wire, fuses fitted in the machine room.Any other item not mentioned but found necessary for reliable operation is deemed to be included.
