Daily cleaning and sweeping of vacant DDA plots including disposal of sweeping material/sludge/rubbish/garbage & dead small animals etc. to the dustbin/dhalaoo for all lead and lift by deploying two safai-karamchari with T&P complete as per direction by engineer-in-charge.

Daily cleaning & De-chocking of sewer line, manholes by deploying Four sewerman with T&P as per requirement of site and instructions of Engineer-in-charge.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Cleaning of chocked sewer line by diesel running vehicle mounting hydraulic operated high pressure suction cum jetting sewer cleaning machine fitted with pump having 4000 litres suction capacity and 6000 litres water jetting tank capacity including skilled operator, supervising engineer etc. for cleaning and partial desilting of manholes and dechocking of sewer lines. Dechocking and flushing of sewer line from one manhole to another by high pressure jetting system of 2200PSI for sewer line from 150 mm dia upto 300 mm

Daily maintenance of water supply main pipe line, distribution pipe line and delivery pipe line by deploying one fitter (Gr.I) with helper with T&P as per requirement of site and instructions of Engineer-in-charge.
