Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted wood/wooden surface of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for one coats of synthetic enamel paint on old treated steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rewriting repainting existing writing letters or figures including preparation for painting (block roma, roman, italic, Indian n exc 30 cm height) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling board( fiber, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation board/slab/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing plastered or unplastered old surface of walls including brooming down or scrapping down with steel wire brushes, smoke soot, moulds, moss efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of white (Lime) wash on wall complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 4 mm thick designed Non asbestos fiber cement building boards, fixed or laid /inserted to timber /GI /Aluminium frame-work with screws as in ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic tiles coloured 300mmx 450mm , 6 to 7 mm thick as in skirting / dado, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface etc complete all as specified and and as directed

M&L for light shade Virified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular)polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 etc complete all as specified and and as directed

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in two layers 10mm +5mm in cement mortar 1:4 on external surfaces of brick work or concrete surfaces finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing of old existing surfaces and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces and applying one coat of cement based paint (any tint) on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing of old existing treament and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces and applying one coat of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance,dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) over prepared surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing of old existing treament and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces and applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance,dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over prepared surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat of oil emulsion distemper (oil bound distemper) of any tint including preparation of surfaces of walls on old decorated plastered/unplastered surfaces by washing/rubbing down and scrapping old loose material,smoke,soot,moulds,moss and efflorence etc including filling and stopping the rough surface/nail holes with white cement/POP/wall putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat of oil emulsion distemper (oil bound distemper) of any tint including preparation of surfaces of ceilings on old decorated plastered/unplastered surfaces by washing/rubbing down and scrapping old loose material, smoke, soot, moulds, moss and efflorence etc including filling and stopping the rough surface/nail holes with white cement/POP/wall putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of old existing treatement of internal wall and appying two coat of white or tinted oil bound distemper over one coat of alkali resistant priming paint including 01mm thick wall care putty etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for newly plastered surface of wall appying two coat of white or tinted oil bound distemper over one coat of alkali resistant priming paint including 01mm thick wall care putty etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkai registant primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces by complete removal of existing treatment and applying wall care putty upto 1mm thick and Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted floor surfaces and applying one coat of weather coat paint complete all as specified and directed.

S& F powder coated GI T-section of size 1"x1" (25x25mm,19 gauge or 1mm thick) in square pattern of grid size 2'x2'(600x600mm). The frame work is supported from the ceiling with the help of "J" hook and GI wire / ms rod of 4mm dia of required size to maintain proper level etc.The frame work is supported on side walls with the use of powder coated GI L section of size 1"x1" (25x25mm) angle complete all as per manufacturer instructions, specified and directed.

M&L for providing and fixing DESIGNER PVC FALSE CEILING, considering of 6mm (+-0.25) thick hollow board plain ambossed PVC sheet of manufactured by ISO 9001-2008, certified company, used fixed with GI frame work for seamless ceiling comprising fo GI perimeter channel 0.55 thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30mm and wev of 27mm fgixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450mm centre/ intermediate channel 0.9mm thick having two equal flanges of 15mm each and wev of 45mm suspended from soffit at approx 900mm centre with GI cleat sand steel expoansion fasterners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2m length) of 0.55mm thickness having kurled web of 50mm and flange of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm cnetre to centre. complete as specified by manufacturer & drawing and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

(Note : The Scope of Work contained in 'Sch of Credit' amounting to Rs. 15,000.00 (refer Sch of credit). The Quoted sum shall be arrived at after deducting the amount of “Sch of Credit” from the total amount of the ‘BoQ’
