Prime Coat over WMM/WBM Providing and applying primer coat with SS1 grade bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.85sqm using mechanical means. Reference to MORT&H Specification 502 (A) Sr No.5.1
Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom. as per clause No. 503. Specification

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects (MoRT&H no. 5.5)
Filling Pot-holes and Patch Repairs with Bituminous concrete (grading-I) with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP. Providing treatment and repair to pot holes/ruts and any depth/patch repair of all types of bitumen pavement complete as per Technical Specification Clause 3004.2 and as per direction of Engineer by using Bituminous Concrete. The job includes removal of all failed material, trimming of completed excavation to providing firm vertical faces, cleaning of surface, painting of tack coat on the sides and base of excavation as per clause No.503 back filling the patch with Bituminous Concrete material as per clause No.509. Compacting trimming and finishing the surface to form a smooth continuous surface all as per Clause No.3004.2 of Technical Specification. Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-40 @ 5.4% percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tendem rollers to achieved the desired compaction complete in all respects as per technical clause 507 of MORT&H specification.
Dismantling of cement concrete pavement by mechanical means using pneumatic tools, breaking to pieces not exceeding 0.02 cum in volume and stock piling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 1000 metres, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately
Construction of dry lean cement concrete Sub- base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laid with a paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8-10 tonnes vibratory roller, finishing and curing.
Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement @ 310 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing
Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness. Reference to MORT&H Specification201.
Providing and laying slurry seal consisting of a mixture of fine aggregates, portland cement filler, bituminous emulsion and water on a road surface including cleaning of surface, mixing of slurry seal in a suitable mobile plant, laying and compacting to provide even riding surface. Reference to MORT&H Specification 512
Road marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorizing Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface Providing and marking of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorizing glass beads @ 250 gms/sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished Surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes complete in all respects. The job includes marking of centre line, shoulder line, edge line, zebra crossing marking, arrows and dashes marking at the junction as per Technical Specifications Clause 803.4 complete in all respect and as per approval of the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: - 1. A sealing primer may be applied in advance on cement concrete pavement to ensure proper bonding. Any laitance and/or curing compound to be removed where paint is required to be applied on concrete surface. Note: - Before start of work the contractor shall give brand, batch no. manufacturing date of the material to be used and get approved the same from Engineer-in-Charge before use.
