Taking down unserviceable ceiling Fan of following sizes of any make dismantling cutting and removing of old burnt windings and rewinding with super enamelled copper winding wire of required size including allied insulation material, varnish, sleeves etc. greasing, oiling, re-assembling testing and refixing in the same position , complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Metallic Blade set for Exhaust Fan of following size with bolts etc., complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down ceiling Fan of any size, any make fixed/hanged at different location in Air Force area, dismantling the Fan and servicing, greasing, oiling and cleaning complete and re-assembling the same including replacing split pins flexible copper cable of size 23/0.0076 twin core, 70cm long and refixing the ceiling Fan on the same location in original position, testing and commissioning of Fan for smooth running, as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i)Quoted rate by tenderer of any item of the schedule is inclusive of taking down the ceiling Fan from the position for carrying out servicing repair transportation to work shop & back, changing any component and re-fixing/hanging in position connecting and testing complete.

Sheet metal enclosure with socket plug top single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB of 20 amps , 240 Volts in replacment , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make :- Legrand/L&T/Havells/Standard or equivalent makes as specified in Appendix 'B' List of Makes.

Taking down carefully aluminum point wiring (light, fans, socket etc) complete including battens and fittings such as switch, ceiling rose, light fittings, regulators, socket, etc. and making good disturbed surface of wall/floor, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Temporary power supply shall be provided by contractor.

Point wiring (surface) complete with FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 Volts grade, conforming to IS-694, 1.5 sq mm (nominal area) multi stranded copper conductor cable drawn though in including non metallic medium grade rigid PVC conduit accessories, ISI marked, 19/20 mm dia including all accessories on the surface of walls/floors/ceilings and making good the disturbed surface, with and including sunken type pressed steel/welded MS terminal box 1.2 mm thick bakelite laminated sheet top cover 3 mm thick and 1.5 Sq mm copper earth continuity wire connected to earth dolly complete for the following , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (a) One light/fan point controlled by one switch . Note : The disturbed surfacesof wall for concealing the wiring shall be make good by applying cement plaster, putty and colour wash etc matching with the existing surfaces. The rate for point wiring shall be deemed to include the cost of making good.

Sheet metal enclosures for SPN DB's with double glazed door for incorporating MCBs,IP-43 , 8 way with 200 amps rated busbar, 240 volts, as per IS-8623, taking down old unserviceable DBs , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make :- Legrand/L&T/Havells or equivalent makes as specified in Appendix 'B' List of Makes.

MCB SPN 32 amps 'C' series, breaking capacity 10 Ka, 'C' curve 240 volts, 50 Hz including necessary incoming and out going electric connection with suitable size of copper lugs etc.,taking down old unserviceable MCBs, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make :- Legrand/L&T/Havells or equivalent makes as specified in Appendix 'B' List of Makes.

MCB SP, 6 to 32 Amps, C series, breaking capacity 10 KA, 'C' curve 240 volts, 50 Hz including necessary incoming and out going electric connection with suitable size of copper lugs etc.,taking down old unserviceable MCBs, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make :- Legrand/L&T/Havells or equivalent makes as specified in Appendix 'B' List of Makes.

Angle holder, PVC Polycarbonate type with back plate suitable for batten fittings, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Legrand/Anchor Roma/Crabtree or equivalent makes as specified in Appendix 'B' List of Makes.

S & F single phase temperproof digital meter equipped with 6 digit ultra bright LED counter, direct operation upto 5-30 Amp (without CT), operating on 220 Volt single phase, direct read without multiplication factor, latest microcontroller based technology, Mains LED to indicate presence of auxillary supply, error indication for faulty/reverse connections etc, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make:- HPL/L&T/Siemens.

Contract Amount shall be derived after affecting the amount of Schedule of Credit in General Summary on serial page No 15 of tender documents.
