(b) Cleaning floor surface by wire brush brooming & removing dust & shall be painted with a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS : 3384-1986 @ 0.3 Ltr per Sqm uniformily complete all as specified & directed. (c) After primer the entire roof surface applying tack coat of hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 grade conforming to 702-1988 @ 1.2 Kg per sqm over primer.(d) Over hot bitumen laying polymeric water proofing membrance conisting of 90 to 100 micron thick center core of HMHDPE Film with standard weight not less than 3 Kg per Sqm over entire area laid with 100mm side lap/end lap on prepared surfaces as per manufacture's technical instruction & sealed complete all as specified & directed.(e) Again the entire floor surface applying tack coat of hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 grade conforming to IS 702 @ 1.2 Kg per sqm.

M&L 40 mm tube galvanised iron light grade cut to required size as per site requirement to be placed in sunken portion of toilet/bathroom and for spout pipe taking out old pipe, complete all as per specified & directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as per specified & directed.
