Dismantling of posts or struts (RCC fencing posts) any section and taking out embedded portion (post embedded in concrete.) including making good to disturbed complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc. 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS angle iron posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, bolting etc and similar works conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation/fencing post fixing all as specified and directed

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing, any size or type all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires any mesh size and type to any type of standards rails straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire. (Note : Line wire shall be measured and paid seperately as supply only)

S&F 10mm dia MS round bars conforming to Fe 410-O as in straining bars in fencing all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces exc. 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. and precast concrete article complete all as directed.

S&Fin repairs galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm, dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provn of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins all as directed. (Each line wire to be measured)

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gate but excluding framed truss etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating, as directed

S&F Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) Type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L precast solid block masonry of block in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in wall exceeding 10 cm in width and built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 20 above, but except PCC block complete all as specified and directed. Note: Old serviceable PCC block retrieved from item No.14 above will be reused.

M&L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 22 above, but except stone. Note : Old serviceable stone retreived from item No.14 above will be reused.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified of face beds and joints as specified of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses with 40mm maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for use and waste of formwork to side of concrete foundation, footings, bases of columns, rafts beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and similar work fair finished concrete surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for use and waste of formwork to sides of soffits of floors or roof beam, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs etc also splays between floors and beams etc finished fair surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for use and waste of formworks to edges of concrete flats, trades breaksin floors, window cills, concrete railings, opening in concrete walls, floors and roofs not exc 20cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc. 10 cm but not exc. 20cm wide rough finished surface of concrete flat complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any position not otherwise specifically provided (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) all as specified and directed

M&L for Earth work in excavation in all type of soil by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m, as directed by Engineer-in charge

Removing excavated material (soil) not exc. 50m and deposited where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Contrator has to employ skilled/unskilled tradesman with adequate experience & required documents to be submitted to office. The rate shall be quoted by the contractor including scaffolding to carry out the work for height more than 10.00 mtrs.

Labour should wear contractors uniform with firm logo, failing which recovery should be made.

Minimum of 02 x teams of each trades shall be available for maint of urgent nature whenever called upon of any trade, failing which recovery will be initiated for not employing adequate labour at site.

Site clearance shall be done by contractor after finishing work and obtain the signature of occupant as the site clearance has done. The same shall be verified and put up before issue of completion certificate.

All Scarps will be done with mechanical scaper

Mechanical scaper should be deposited in our store at the time of sample approval
