Reinforcement Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 (One Cement One and Half M-sand and three aggregate) using machine crushed 20mm gauge HBS jelly for all RCC works connected to this work excluding centering, shuttering and cost of reinforcement grills placed in position, but including laying, vibrating, curing and finishing fixing fan clamps in the RCC floor and roof slab works wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of the wall at the sides and bottom of the slabs, beams, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification. Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane sufaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as column footings, column pedastals, plinth beams, grade beams, staircase steps, etc., which required only nominal strutting using mild steel sheets of size 90cmx60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mmx25mmx3mm for boarding, laid over silver oak joists of size 10cmx6.5cm space at about 75cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc, complete in all floors complying with standard specification. Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting up to 3.29 M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at about 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc. complete

Special ceiling plastering and finishing all RCC exposed surfaces such as RCC slabs, sunshades, canopies, stair case steps, landing slabs etc with CM 1:3 (One cement and three M sand) 10mm thick including hacking the surfaces and providing necessary CM nosing, beading as per size specified wherever necessary using the same mix etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officer.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 12mm thick with fine river sand for plastering including curing, neat finishing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental officers.

White washing one coat with freshly burnt white shell lime in all floors including cost of lime, blue powder, fevicol type gum, brushes, scaffolding charges, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting the walls with Two coats with first class quality Plastic Emulsion paint of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scraping, clean removal of dirt. The rate includes cost of brushes, sand paper, plaster of parries, putty wherever required and neat finishing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officer (the colour and quality should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use)

Re Painting the walls with Two coats with first class quality Plastic Emulsion paint ( Exterior) of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scraping, clean removal of dirt. The rate includes cost of brushes, sand paper, plaster of parries, putty wherever required and neat finishing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officer (the colour and quality should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use)

Manufacturing, Supplying and fixing in position steel grills square bars 12mm is welded to the inner face not exceeding 10cm spacing. All the members of the Grills shall be painted one coat with red oxide primer. The rate shall be inclusive of cost of all materials, labour charges including cost of welding electrodes, transportation to site of work, loading, unloading and all other charges etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors including cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Supplying, laying and jointing PVC pipes of Various diameter of approved quality (Like Finolex) and best variety conforming to ISS and with ISI mark including cutting, threading and fixing PVC specials using PVC adhesive but excluding cost of such specials and fixing to wall by concealing them including chipping and making holes on the walls or drilling holes in the roof and making good the dismantled portions to original condition including cost of special clamp with screws, nails, teak wood plugs and any other accessories necessary for fixing in position etc., complete complying with the standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 23x23x2cm of approved quality laid in CM 1:3 (one cement and three sand) mixed with 2% of water proofing compound by weight of cement used and pointed with the same oiled mortar including mixing of red oxide etc complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by Departmental Officers.

Paving the flooring with best approved quality and colour of Double charged Vitrified tiles of size 600x600x8mm over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3(One of Cement and three of sand) 20mm thick and pointing with same colour cement neatly etc., including the finishing the joints and appointing flush with even surfaces etc., as directed complying with standard specifications the tiles should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on work.

Paving the floor with Cement Based Hydraulically pressed Anti skid tiles (Pattern design) of 20mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three sand) 20mm thick and pointed with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m., curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Supplying and fixing in position of approved quality of size 1.20x0.60m and 20mm thickness of granite slabs (Jet Black) over the cement concrete platform in Cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three sand) and finishing the joints mixed with colour cement neatly including nozing etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers

Dadooing the walls with glazed tiles of size 300 x 200x 6mm printed design of best approved quality and colour in all shade of the glazed tiles in all floor over a base layer in cement mortar 1: 2, (one cement two sand) 10mm thick and laid in situ true alignment and pointed neatly with colour cement at the rate of 0.40kg/m2 to suit the colour of the tiles fixed in position without any air gap in the tiles neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental officers. The colour & quality of tiles should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on work.
